It was almost midnight as I pulled into the parking lot of Bang, the music from the newly opened club was so loud, that I could feel the music through the doors of my beloved sports car. Yawning, I grabbed my gun out from under my seat, and then slipped it into the holster that was attached to the back of my bra. I pulled down my visor and tucked the pieces of my natural black hair into the long blonde wig I had on. If I hadn't had known better I would have thought the wig was the real thing.
Next, I covered up my ocean blue eyes and put on some brown contacts. Then I slipped on a pair of plain Black, 3-inched heels, this particular pair was a favorite of mine. They were custom made by The Agency and were designed to break apart, changing my once tall heels to flats, making it easier to change my appearance. The heel itself had a built in flashlight, and it had a built in taser (which thankfully I have never had to use). I glanced down at my phone to check the time, which read 12:00 AM. Grabbing my burner phone from the glove box, I slipped it into the strap on my inner thigh, as well as one of my combat knives. With that, I got out of my car and made my way inside.
As I was approaching the front door, I reached into the wallet I was carrying. Crap. I mentally scolded myself when I realized that I had left the fake ID from The Agency at home. This should be interesting. I looked up to notice that the two bouncers at the front door did not look like they were taking any crap from anyone. The first guy was short and extremely overweight, he had a ridiculous looking mullet and was pretty ugly if I do say so myself. The second bouncer was night and day different from the first one, he was a healthy weight but was very muscular, he had green eyes, and had a modern rust brown haircut. When I had moved up to the front of the line, I tried to just squeeze past with the group in front of me but the second bouncer grabbed my arm and held out his hand for my ID.
"Sorry boys I must have left my ID at home" I said after I dug through my purse for a minute to make it more believable. This isn't going to work! Out of the corner of my eye, I saw that a man, who had the word BOSS printed onto his T-shirt, was most definitely checking me out. Now this I can work with. I abruptly turned around and walked over to him. Grabbing the collar of his shirt, I pulled his head down closer to me and whispered in his ear,
"I left my ID at home but I'm meeting someone important and need to get in, if you help me, I will make it worth your while" Nodding, he snaked his arm around my waist and brought me over towards the two bouncers. That was entirely too easy.
"Anyone want to tell me why you aren't letting my girl get through?" He spat while looking between the two.
"Ughh she didn't have her ID." Replied the fat one, while looking like he was a child that had just been scolded by his parents.
"If it's her ID you need here, she left it at my place last night." He said in an I dare you to look way as he began to fish his wallet out of his pocket.
"No no no we don't need to see it Boss!" The second bouncer answered as soon as the words had left his bosses lips. Huffing, their boss snaked his arm back around my waist and lead me inside. Once we were inside we both just looked at each other then burst out laughing.
"So, Braxton, I guess I owe you." I said while I flicked the name tag on his chest.
"It would seem that way."
"Here I have to go now." I said as I handed him a paper with my personal number on it.
"Yeah so you can ignore me? I'm not stupid." He said as if this was not the first time this had happened.
"I'll answer and we can do whatever you want". I responded as I looked at the time on my phone, it read 12:10. Ughh only ten more minutes until the power is out, then its go time. Then I turned and left before he could protest.
