SUMMARY
The end of Cerise Zabini's fourth year at Hogwarts signified the change in her life. By the end of her fifth year, that change had become the normal and the summer of 1996 was spent adjusting to the new arrival in her life. Something that had always been prominent in her family's beliefs became all the more distinguished as Voldemort returned and the wizarding world around them - most of which had attempted to ignore Harry Potter and his claims for months on end - realise it.
But of course, there was something that had pushed the public to finally understand the reality and disruption of their world years after it had begun it's reclaim to stability after the Wizarding War. The Battle of the Department of Mysteries saw casualties; Sirius Black had resurfaced and died, and all Death Eaters present other than Thaddeus Nott, Bellatrix Lestrange and Voldemort were imprisoned immediately.
Which created an imbalance. Cerise's boyfriend, Draco Malfoy, found his father in Azkaban and himself taking Lucius's place as Death Eater, a plan so important being placed upon his shoulders as they were directed back towards Hogwarts for their sixth year. A plan which would cause much more trouble than their lives were worth.
