"You serious right now?" I looked at him as he slowly stood to his feet.
I backed up a bit because Jehnai was a whole foot taller than me.
"I mean ... it makes sense Kashlynn. You calling me to come see you cause you had a bad feelin and shit, and the next morning I find out my lil brother dead. Had I been there, I'd probably be dead too."
He paused for a brief moment as he looked up at me, "See — I think what happened was you changed your mind and killed my baby brother instead cause you figured it would hurt me more."
I looked at him disbelief, "I can't believe you actually think I would do sum like that to you. If anything... I saved your life Jehnai. I had no idea you even had a brother."
