Beomgyu comfortably sat in the living room, munching on some popcorn while watching his favourite k-drama: He is Psychometric.
The sky was dim. The breeze was chilly but calm, lightly moving the trees in the process. It was wintertime in Korea. The time where snowflakes were dancing, heading towards the ground, creating white crystal-looking piles of snow. The apartment complex building, holding hundreds of residents.
Parents and children were hanging around, chatting with others at this time of year. Red hues formed on people's cheeks as the dropping temperatures had effects on them. In the back, a middle-aged man, a security officer, who wearing a neutral-colored attire, was in his office, printing stacks of paper. When he finished, he took the stack of papers, stepping out of the door, walking around the complex. He picked up each paper in his hands, placing it on poles that read: "Please do not park in the fire lane."
"Tsk, you idiot should have listened to him!" Beomgyu exclaimed, angrily munching on his popcorn. He trew a piece at the television screen, wishing it could travel to the inside of the drama and hit her head.
A group of ladies were passing by, giggling and smiling, having a conversation. One of the ladies in the group noticed the elderly man putting up the poster. "Yah! Ajusshi! Stop putting these papers around my building! What's the point in putting up those posters if no one pays attention to them?" The lady was the landlord of the complex, complaining to the man putting posters around her property. The group of ladies she was with stopped chatting, intensively listening to her and the man exchanging words to each other.
"Ajumma, the people here do not cooperate. If I keep putting up the posters, then maybe they can follow them for once." The security officer stated, looking at the lady straight in the eyes holding confidence, sticking to his words.
"Yah! Ajumma! More like yah! Ugly woman." The young male sat there laughing hardly at his own comment. Yeonjun was walking by and looked at him as if he was crazy. Beomgyu felt as if someone was staring at him so he turned around. Seeing the look on Yeonjun's face made him stare down at him, making Yeonjun quickly look away.
"What did I ever do to make all of you secretly judge me from afar?" He muttered to himself. He focused his attention back to the television screen.
"Are you putting the posters up because are parking is that bad?" She raised her left eyebrow, waiting for the officer's reply.
"This woman- if I could smack you for your bitchy attitude you would've been smacked out of the screen by now." Beomgyu grumbled under his breath while crossing his arms.
