Chapter Three.

Silence hung in the air like a cloud of smoke, all eyes on me. So my smart ass comment didn't help the situation, but you gotta admit that this is actually quite funny considering I just opened the door without a 'five star security' key.

I shared the incredulous states of the five boys with the now not-so-secure door. Liam looked a little pissed. I couldn't tell if it was because I broke the door or that he paid a fortune on a lock that wasn't really needed...

"So..." I trailed off with a nervous chuckle.

Liam sighed and dug his fingers into his eyes tiredly. "I was hoping you would be less of hand full. Not with my luck though." He muttered. "So, is there anything else along the lines of delinquency in your abilities that I should know about?"

Is...what? My brows furrowed. What the hell does that mean?

"Hey Niall?" I called.

"Yeah?"

"Can you translate what he just said into english?"

He laughed. "He basically asked if there's anything else you can break into."

Oh, that makes sense.

My hand unconsciously found its way to the base of my collar bone where the small brass key lay cool against my skin. Then I thought. What could I break into...?

My eyes went to what looked like a restaurant but was in fact their kitchen, scanning along the cupboards as cabinets. My eyes found a class cabinet behind the bar off to the right of the kitchen. It was filled with different coloured liquors in large, small and odd shaped glass bottles. In the corner of the glass sat a lock. I pointed to it. Their eyes went to where my finger directed.

"That." I say.

Zayn chuckled. "You'll never get into that."

"And why do you say that?"

"Because it's double paned, a pain in the ass." says Harry shaking his head.

I look at Harry with a shrug. "Who said anything about breaking the glass?"

Their shocked gazes only became more shocked with a slight mixture of awe, except for Liam of course. Niall pointed at me enthusiastically like a little kid at a lolly-pop store. "She. Is. Awesome."

"Totally agree." Louis says jaw relaxed with awe.

"You're basically a delinquent. That's pretty hot." Zayn says leaning back into the couch.

"Dude she's a bloody bad ass, not a delinquent!" Niall says gesturing to me.

"Delinquent, bad ass, same difference." I say shrugging.

Harry didn't say anything in the exchange. Instead, he gazed at me intently, slightly chewing on his thumb nail, his brow creased in a some-what curious manner.

Um...okay...

Looking away from Harry, I watched as the boys and Liam began to argue over something or rather. In amusement, I plonked my butt on the carpet cross legged and watch as this all played out. They were about three minutes in when a thought hit me. I should probably unpack.

I was about to call out to Liam but judging by the velocity of the argument, they weren't ending any time soon. My eyes went to Harry, whose eyes were still on me. Dude, seriously, he's still staring? Is there something on my face?
