Domiciliary

18th October 2021

Dear Diary, 

Tomorrow, I will be moving out from my family home to live somewhere nearer to work.

Hades gave me this diary as a parting gift. 

Thought I could use it to record my new life out from the family home.

That's why starting from today, I'll be writing my thoughts out on this diary.

19th October 2021

Dear Diary, 

I arrived at the new house and was greeted by someone named Kojiro.

He's seems to be my housemate.

Too carefree for my liking, and a little annoying.

He would not stop talking. Just like that person...

I still have my belongings to unpack so ignoring him is the best I can do for now.

20th October 2021

Dear Diary,

My new work begins today. 

Like usual, I did my morning routine to get ready for the day.

Brushed my teeth, washed my face, took a shower and got suit up.

And went to the kitchen to eat breakfast.

As I was eating breakfast, I noticed Kojiro in the backyard, swinging a bamboo sword.

Perhaps it's a new form of exercise, I might be bring it up later.

For now, I'll head to work.

21st October 2021

Dear Diary,

I regret asking Kojiro about that exercise.

Now, he won't stop bothering me about joining him in the morning exercises throughout the entire day.

I barely have enough time to sleep, much less waking up earlier than the usual time.

But thinking of it, a change in routine might be good. I will join him tomorrow.

Living a new life... I suppose this is what Hades was talking about.

22nd October 2021

Dear Diary,

Kojiro taught me basics of swordsmanship.

It may look simple, but it is more complicated than I thought.

I admit it's a good workout to relieve the stress of work from the day before.

At the very least, I can start the day with a peace of mind.

23rd October 2021

Dear Diary,

Today, I return home from work to a surprise.

Kojiro filled the rooms with balloons and streamers.

He says it's a welcome party and prepared sushi for dinner.

I do not like sushi. It reminds me of that time I nearly died from food poisoning.

But if that person put in that much effort, it's only natural to join in as a courtesy.

There were leftover ingredients so I cooked salted fish fried rice for the both of us.

Still, it was a pain to clean up after.

24th October 2021

Dear Diary,

It's been a week since I left the family home.

Admittedly, Kojiro is less annoying from before. 

A better way to say it is I could tolerate him.

Today, Kojiro said we should get more housemates to live with us.

Something about the more, the merrier.

I pray not.

Hades is right, I hate to admit it but this diary has been useful to me so far.

Besides that, I'm slowly getting use to this new life. 

I guess I better I head to sleep for now, it's getting late.
