this all starts with my best friend, soul and i's first meeting.
"mom why do i have to go to school?" i questioned as we drove to school.
"because you need to learn something in this cruel world" she asked but me being 10, i really didn't understand what she was talking about.
we made it to my school, non the less.
"have a good day at school, my love" my mom said as i closed the door.
i rushed into the building because i dont like to be seen at all.
i get my classroom, sitting in my seat waiting for class to start. as class started, i seen my teacher come in the class with a new kid, he had black fluffy hair, chubby cheeks that were always red, dark brown eyes and palm skin.
"goodmorning class, this is your new classmate, he is transferring from japan," shesaid before looking down at him. "would you like to introduce yourself?" she asked him.
"yes , hi my name is shota." he loud and proud before the teacher sat him next to me.
"hey whats your name pretty girl" he asked me.
"uhm kiara" i say slightly looking down.
"hi kiara, you are so pretty. i have never seen someone like you before" he said.
"thanks?" i say back.
"we're friends now, ill be your anpanman" he siad smiling at me.
"my what?" i questioned.
"your hero" he said.
"okayyy" i say before finishing all my work.
lunchtime
i walked into the lunch room to see the girls that hate my guts, a-yeong, cho-hee and eun-kyung. i still never knew why they hated me so much.
"there goes kiara," i heard cho-hee say as i get my lunch.
"she's too dark" a-yeong said that made everyone laugh.
"she'll never find a boyfriend" eun-kyung said, which made me drop my lunch, crying and leaving the lunchroom, little did i know shota had yelled at them. he followed me to the hallway.
"are you okay ?" he asked me as i cried.
"yes" i say wiping my tears away.
"its all okay, i got rid of them. they will never bother you ever again" he said before giving me a hug.
"why are you being so nice to me?" i questioned.
"because im your anpanman" he said.
and that was anpanman.
