Sick

It was 10:00 o'clock in the evening but still, no Dahyun. Sana is patiently waiting for her girlfriend, named, Kim Dahyun. She said that she had to work overtime because she still have some reports to check if they were some mistakes at her grammar, she said that it may have a typographical error.


She tried to protest that she can just bring her work to their shared apartment so she could take a power nap even just for a moment. But no avail. Dahyun is stubborn. 

"Love, if I take these paper works at home, I might just cuddle with you and rain you with my kisses instead of doing that and those." That's what Dahyun said to her that is why she can't protest anymore.


Sana is just worried about her girlfriend, because lately, Dahyun is being sleep deprived lately, always waking up early in the morning, and coming home around 11 o'clock.

Dahyun is also slowly losing weight, she barely eats because of her works, overtime, presentation, blah blah blah. 


Because of her fucking presentation, works, reports, and other bullshits, she rarely cuddles with Sana anymore. 

 That's right, Sana and Dahyun only talk, cuddle, bond once in a while, because Dahyun comes home late more often and she can't even find Sana awake because she's probably too tired to wait for her.

Currently it's already 10:48 and as if on cue, the door opened revealing a tired Dahyun.

Dahyun came in with her polo dress crumpled, and hair in a mess. 

Sana immediately stood up and help Dahyun to close the door and carried her bag as they walked towards the couch.

Sana let Dahyun sit down first before she put Dahyun's bag down the couch and crouch down to take Dahyun's shoes off her feet. 

"Are you okay love?" Sana asked her girlfriend who's now leaning on the couch while closing her eyes, her concern will be heard and seen according to the tone of her voice and her expression on her face.

"Yes, just a little tired." Dahyun said still leaning her head on the couch.

"I told you to just bring home your paper works here! You never listen to me Dahyun." Sana said furiously as she sat down beside Dahyun.

Dahyun sat up staright and face her girlfriend who's now glaring at her while closing her arms over her chest.

Dahyun sighed, then smiled widely making Sana confused as she saw how Sana knitted her eyebrows together and tilted her head to the side.

'Cute' Dahyun thought, chuckling afterwards.

"But hey, atleast we got the deal!" Dahyun said as her smile got wider, but still she got no response from her girlfriend. 

Sana is still looking at her, seriously.

"You got the deal, but look at yourself Kim Dahyun." Sana stated seriously making Dahyun gulp because of nervousnes.

"I'm still-" Dahyun didn't even completed her sentence yet when Sana cut her off.

"You look more skinny now."

"You look like a panda because of that thing under your eyes."

Dahyun really looked like a panda because of the thing under her eyes.

Dahyun sighed and look down as she continue to listen to Sana's lecture. 

She just let Sana lecture her because she can't argue with her anymore because of tiredness, taking all her strength which was left inside her body.

"You have been sleep deprived ever since that presentation of yours came."

"You rarely eats."

"We never cuddle anymore."

"I can't even tell that you're home because all you did when your home is your fucking papers, presentations either of those two!" Sana burst out as she stood up abruptly. Sana's tears could be seen at the corner of her eyes, hesitant to fall out of nowhere. 

Dahyun looked up to Sana as she stood up to face Sana. She wiped the tears at the corner of Sana's eyes and kissed Sana's right and left eye and whispered,

"I'm sorry love, let's not argue anymore please, let's just cuddle, hm?"

Sana nodded and hugged Dahyun and hid her face in the crook of Dahyun's neck. 

Dahyun keep kissing Sana's temple saying sweet nothings as she rubbed her back soothingly to help her calm down.

Sana pulled out from the hug and pecked Dahyun's lips,

7:24 in the morning.

The two were cuddled up in their shared bed.

Usually at this point, Dahyun is already at her workplace working on some stuffs.

But as Sana opened her eyes she met Dahyun's angelic face, mouth slightly apart, cute little snores can be heard soming from Dahyun's mouth making Sana giggle.

As she was just to lean in to pepper Dahyun with her kisses, Dahyun shivered because of coldness and even mumbled,  

 "C-cold" Sana immediately wrap the duvet upward until her head is the only one visible.

"Better?" Sana asked Dahyun, staring at her with such a loving eyes.

"Hmm, yes." Dahyun said as she fall asleep again, that fast.

Sana leaned in to kissed her forehead but she felt something hot so she touched Dahyun's forehead only to found out that Dahyun is sick.

"Oh my god love you're burning!" With Sana stood up to take a bath, prepare breakfast for Dahyun and of course, the medicine.

Sana entered their shared bedroom again, she saw her baby cuddled up in their bed.  

She put the tray down as she set up the bed desk. She started to wake Dahyun up by tapping her cheeks lightly.

"Hey baby wake up and eat." Sana said softly. Dahyun slowly wakes up from her deep sleep with a headache.

Dahyun groans as she sat up straight and lean on the headboard. Closing her eyes a bit hoping the headache would be gone.

"Did I drink last night?" Dahyun asked, confused why is she having a headache.

"You're sick love, you need to eat first then drink this medicine, hmm?" Sana stated softly as she began to blow the porridge she cooked few minutes ago. 

"Ahh" Dahyun  opened her mouth so she can eat the porridge her girlfriend cooked for her.

After a few minutes of feeding Dahyun, Sana handed the medicine to Dahyun for her to drink.

But Dahyun is just staring at the medicine "Drink your medicine love, here the water," Sana handed the water after Dahyun drank it. 

"You'll feel better love, just rest. Don't you dare say that you need to finish some reports Dahyun." Dahyun sighed and was about to protest but she's too weak to talk that's why she just nodded and went back on laying down and said, "Love, stay beside me please, put the dishes later, I really need kisses and cuddles." Sana giggled because of Dahyun pouting with matching puppy eyes. 

She put down the dishes on the desk beside their bed and lie down beside Dahyun and peppered her with kisses all over Dahyun's face that made Dahyun laugh. 

"I love you."
