Rayne woke up with no memories of the apocalypse. Samael is just... a delinquent, who happened to find Rayne on a rooftop. They both ended up making a deal in order to survive in a world where cannibalistic monsters roam.

Rayne: What are you doing here all by myself? where are your parents?

Kid: Are you gonna hurt me?
Rayne: No No NoNo! why would you think that? I just wanna help! *Nervous* I'm really sorry if i startled you. I didn't think there would be anyone else here besides me.
Kid: Y-Your alone too?
Rayne: Yeah it's just me
Kid: what about the M-monster?

*Samael is looking at the frame I saw the other day*
Samael: What?...
[Ogre peek at him with a small purse]
Samael: What the Hell is This?...
[He flipped the purse]
Samael: Ogre, where did you get this?!
[In the supermarket were Rayne and the kid trapped]
[The kid closes her eyes the murk stretches his neck to contact with them * Snif * and its gone]
Kid: Miss...A-Are you ok? * Scared and teared up *
Rayne: Yeah...Are you?
Kid: I think so!
Rayne: we need to get out of here. but we have to be really quiet about it. Okay?
[I grabbed his hand and we got out of the supermarket],[Suddenly he opens up]
Kid: Mommy and Daddy were arguing really bad before we were separated.
Rayne: What happened?
Kid: I snuck into the supermarket to get away from them and hopefully distracted myself. but before I get back to them, they were attacked. all I heard were screams, and then everything went quiet. The monster came in... so I hid. I waited for my parents to come back but they never did.
Rayne: I'm sure they are still out there. how about this we could look for them together.do you live around here?
Kid: No I'm not from here.so I'm not familiar with this place. but I know the way to the house where I and my family lives. it's not that far.
