I went to a random page in a book and randomly picked a sentence to start with. The book I got it from is They Both Die at the End by Adam Silvera

There's all this pressure, and I don't know where to start- until I receive a a message. I opened the note that contained information about the whereabouts of my daughter. I ran out to the car and fumbled with the keys. While speeding down the road, I dialed the cops. I could hardly drive straight and nearly ran into several mailboxes.

How could I have let this happen? My only daughter being stolen away from me by the one I loved. She told me something was wrong. Why couldn't I have just believed her? How could I be so stupid?

What should've taken me half an hour to drive, I nearly split the time in half. I left skid marks as I slid the car in front of the location given to me on the note. My ex-boyfriend walked calmly to the car as I jumped out.

I couldn't control myself and I started yelling with all the hatred I had buried inside, "Where the hell is she, Joseph!"

He spoke in a calming voice that only made me madder, "Calm down, Sophie. She's safe, let's just talk."

I lashed out and started hitting him although it did absolutely nothing, "Answer the question! Where is Grace!"

I could hardly hear what he answered with as sirens filled the air. Soon, both me and that monster were handcuffed and separated. I'm not going to let him steal my daughter away from me just like he drove my sons away. I swear I'll get my daughter back. With or without the cops. As long as she's safe and away from that evil man, I'll do anything.
