Olivia picked up her small kitten she was bringing with her to Rotterdam for Eurovision before placing the kitten into its carrier.
This year's Eurovision was going to be jam packed to say the least especially with the covid rules that they have in the stadium. Olivia's dream was finally coming true...she's representing her country, Spain, with a song about how much her heart ached after her break up with Victoria years ago. Her song, Blank Space was released six months after the break up then driver's license was released a month later but neither of them hit the charts until two months after the Eurovision performances were announced.
Olivia's manager, David, made it his job to keep Liv from the list of other performers because he saw the band Måneskin. he knew that their bassist was Olivia's ex so he kept the list from her, thankfully.
The Eurovision judges liked Olivia's songs and voice so much that they are letting her perform more than one song like the other contestants would be doing. So Olivia planned on doing Dices and driver's license hoping that everyone that never heard the songs get what they mean. Dices is her older song Who Says? but in Spanish because she wanted to use her native language and she's singing it because Eurovision wanted her to use her language in one of her performance songs.
"Olivia! Sigue a Taylor en el puto transportin y sube al coche! (Olivia! Get Taylor in the fucking carrier and get in the car!) " David yelled into the apartment of Olivia
"Voy un momento! (I'm coming! Just a second)" Olivia yells back as she hurries her cat into its carrier and grabs her purse and keys.
"Date prisa (Hurry up!)" he yells at the nineteen year old
"Ahora estoy aquí callado (I'm here now, shut up)" she says as she sets the cat carrier down into the backseat of the car.
All Olivia got in response was a bunch of Spanish grunts from her manager. As the driver was driving towards the airport, she took a selfie and posted it to her instagram story with "rotterdam here i come" in the top left corner. Not many people knew that she was going to Eurovisions so she watched the story responses and mentions she gets and laughed at how crazy her fans are getting.

One of the responses that caught her eye was a Maneskin fan page responded. She knew who Maneskin was because that's the band her ex is in it. Silently, she pressed the page and saw "Måneskin are going to be there! I hope to see you guys meet!!" she gulped down saliva as she saw the nickname she had given to Victoria.
"David, por que diablos no me dijiste que Victoria va a estar en Eurovision? (David, why the hell didn't you tell me that Victoria is going to be at Eurovision?)" she asks, angrily
"Porque te habrías dado marcha atrás si supieras cuando estábamos aceptando la invitación (Because you would've backed out if you knew when we were accepting the invite)" he explains as he looks down at his phone, he's texting the Eurovision organizers and Olivia's security guards.
Olivia grumbled out English cuss words because that's the only cursing she knew about while she grew up. Olivia opened her phone once again and decided to stalk Victoria's Instagram. There were most likely no pictures of the pair together because of Måneskin's popularity and Vic not wanting her ex to be known to the public.
She didn't notice the few tears that escaped her doe like eyes until a tear dropped onto her phone. Olivia missed Victoria, and Victoria missed Olivia.
"Estamos aqui, senorita Rodrigo (we're here, miss Rodrigo)" the driver said to the nineteen year old as he parked in front of the airport
"Muchas gracias (Thank you very much)" she responds as she gets out and grabs her cat carrier
David and Olivia grab the suitcases from the trunk before meeting two of the security guards to ensure that Olivia is safe around the Spain airport. She was excited to get to Rotterdam and explore the city, maybe buy some vinyls she finds in shops. She was wondering if there were any diners that were themed to the 50s or 60s and what the hotel looked like, the organizers made sure it was pet friendly because some of the performers might need guide dogs for something like that.
when må and olivia speak they speak mainly in italian or english. when olivia and vic talk its in spanish. when both må and olivia are talking to other people its in english. Liv and david talking together is in spanish usually, i get too lazy to translate to spanish half way thru the first chap.
i said this would be out on the 18th but i forgot, crying. i want to update tomorrow but i'm going to be gone all day seeing FINNEAS so we'll see when i update next.
