Soleil's pov:

When I first saw you was during surfing nationals, I thought you were really freaking hot, you were landing all of the tricks, it seemed like the ocean was in love with you, honestly, it seemed like I was in love with you.

Your dark brown hair was dripping wet after you got out of a tube, you were charming the public, honestly, that's what it seemed like. A few seconds later you turned as you noticed one of the best waves of the day coming in, you paddled towards it, the other guy that was going against you did not even notice the wave.

The wave got closer and bigger you turned your, board, got up I could perfectly see your abs looking a little more down I could see your v-line.

When you got up you started pumping so you could get some speed for the wave. You did one of the cleanest and highest Alley-Oop I had ever seen, everyone started cheering when you got out of where the wave crashed, you were standing up the sun was shining directly at you, It almost seemed like the sun was in love with you too.

His run was over it was so clear he had beat the guy he was going against.

I exhaled, next run was going to be mine and this other guy, I'm pretty sure I was the only girl competing especially at my age.

I finished doing two french braids on my long wavy blonde hair, I hated when my hair got on my face it always got in my way when surfing, my coach always bugged me to cut it shorter because it was "distracting" but I love my hair too much to ever do that.

You walked towards me and my heart skipped a beat, you looked so much hotter from close up. Your hair was still wet from surfing, your brown eyes staring at me so deeply it made my legs shake, you seemed like you were 6,2, or 6,3 honestly very intimidating.

But I wish you never talked to me, I wish it stayed like that, I wish you were just the mysterious surfer guy that I had a crush on and would probably never talk to in my whole life.

He checked me out before saying anything to me, I didn't know if I was about to blush or if I was about to punch him in the face.

"Yo you're the chick from Florida, right?" I nodded, he knew me? "Don't get a too pumped sweetheart," he said as he got closer to me.

He whispered in my ear "You see that first place platform right there?" He said grabbing my cheeks and turning my face towards it. "That's where I'm going to be standing, I've seen you surf before."

I slapped his hands off of me.

"I don't know who the fuck you think you're talking to but you will certainly not, touch me not today not ever, now get out of my way I'm about to go get my first-place medal," I said as I walked away.

He grabbed my arm and pulled me close to him, my hands were in his chest. "Good luck Florida, your gonna need it." he winked at me and my coach called me.
