As I sat staring at my phone I knew I was in big trouble. I had just gone against the biggest friendship rules *NEVER DATE YOUR FRIEND'S EX* I was in big trouble...

     I need to take you back to the beginning. My name is Tami Reynolds and my greatest pride is always being there for my friends whenever they need it.

I stared at Jenni as she kept on going on and on about Raine the supposedly cute guy in our class. Well to me he was just a normal boy who loves breaking girls hearts. He is by record the biggest player in my class. Before I came to Seaford High Jenni had dated him and he broke her heart over a year ago. Despite the fact that he has dated a lot of girls after her she still hadn't gotten over him.  I was already wishing someone could break his heart so he could experience what he was doing to other girls.

" Jenni let's head to class you know how that new Spanish teacher gets when we are late"

" Tami what do you think about Raine? I mean isn't he cute and tall and handsome and cute"

"Jenni I don't mean to dampen your spirits but he's an asshole that has an over inflated ego. Now let's go to class dear we'll find you a better guy"

"Tami you are like the only girl in this whole school who doesn't like Raine. I kinda find that strange"

"Well I already like someone and he's way more cuter than Raine so..."

" Yo bitch " Ruby shouted from across the parking lot. I knew it was Ruby calling me because she was the only one that calls me that,
"Hey asshole" I said back to her. She ran up to us and was as usual with lots of makeup on and her outrageous hairstyle. Ruby is the wildest of us all ,she has multiple piercings ,tattoos, dyed hair, she lives to defy any rule made, she was already on first name bases with the principal because he was tired of seeing her in his office too often.
As she reached us she hurriedly stopped by her locker and we walked to Spanish together while Jenni kept on going about Raine
Oh and Ruby kinda dated Raine and he broke her heart and while Jenni doesn't know that so she's usually quiet when Jenni begins to go off
