When I escaped the capital for the first time.....

It was a beautiful night of cherry blossoms,the weather was cold yet I was excited to wander outside of the capital secretly.

I am Zhou chao周超,the 9'th son of Zhou bao周宝 who is currently ruling Jiang dynasty江朝.
All this time I was living a satisfying life,I get to eat delicious food everyday and buy whatever I want.
But,there was one thing I never got to do.

I never got to go outside of the palace ever since I was young.It's because my brother Zhou ling周玲 who was supposed to be sitting on the throne right now ran away from the capital just a day before the crowning ceremony was about to be held.

His majesty searched for him everywhere but he was nowhere to be found inside the country.
Later,he found out that he was living in Wakoku倭國(Japan).

As for Zhou ling,being a king and ruling the country was too much responsibility.
He was not ready to take such huge pressure under him, so he ran away.
Even though his majesty regretted for letting him go,he didn't try to bring him back to jiang because he thought his life was up to him and he shouldn't force him to do as he wished.

Out of 13 princes,there was not a single prince who could replace him and take care of the country and subjects.
That's why my father is careful that none of the princes escapes the capital.

But unlike my brother,the other princes were dying to take the throne away after his majesty passes away.
Fortunately,his majesty is still healthy and is ruling Jiang really well.

As for me I have no thoughts of taking the throne.
I am only Interested in living a normal life like other people.

So one day I got curious about the outer world and planned to escape the capital secretly.
When I came outside of the capital for the first time,I saw two men gambling with a board game.

I had no clue about what was gambling until then since I've never seen such a thing inside the capital.
I just thought they were playing board games.
As one of them lost,he gave all the money he had to the other person.

I was so shocked to see what was happening.
I asked the other person standing next to me about it.
He told me about what gambling was,he asked me if I was from a foreign country since I didn't know what gambling was.

People would usually think it is weird cause gambling was one of the regular things people here do for entertainment.
As I passed by I saw a shop selling Dao Bing稻饼(rice cakes).My stomach was growling from hunger since I haven't eaten breakfast.

It was freshly made,I was eagerly waiting to taste it.
It was delicious as always.
My hunger was taken away with a few pieces of rice cakes.There wasn't much difference from what it tastes like in the capital.

I was passing the street after finishing my rice cakes.
There were a lot of shops in the street.
It was crowded with a lot of people,the cost of these products was no different from what it is in the capital.
I used to think that shops inside the palace area were expensive.

But,there is no difference in the outer world too.
I got to know that most of the local people here does farming,It is the one of the common jobs here.
Other than farming there were scholars,artisans and merchants.

The people's social life was not different from what I thought it was.I continued to find a lot of interesting facts about here.I even saw a man challenging people to fight with him,I found him funny at first.

But he was actually a really good fighter.
No one was able to beat him,so I thought I should try fighting with him.
I definitely know that he would lose to me since I got trained in Shǒubó手搏 and sword fighting ever since I was young.As soon as the fight started he got heavily beaten up by me and lost in no time.
The people there cheered me and even said I am the best fighter in Jiang.

Local fighters here doesn't properly learn martial arts,they only know a few moves they learnt from here and there.As the day passed by I got tired and planned to spend the night at a Inn.

I would say it was an unforgettable day,I got to experience many fun things there.I never realised Jiang was such an awesome place...

The next morning,I decided to return to the palace.......
