Chapter 17

Let me help you

I walked into the living area the next day, everyone was eating their breakfast and talking. The lazy person I am of course, I work up late.
I scanned my eyes across the room looking for my two tones boyfriend.
"if your looking for todoroki he's gone to visit his mom. Told me himself this morning."
Momo piped up earning a scowel from me.
"why did he tell you and not me?"
I asked, i wasn't suspicious. Just angry, she really pisses me off sometimes.
"because you weren't there. He was upset about somthing and I was the only one awake."
I raised my  eyebrows, upset?  Why didn't he come and wake me up.
"I'm gonna call him."
I said reaching my phone from my jogger pocket.

T

he call:
"shoto? Hey...are you okay?"

T:"morning y/N, I'm alright I'm just at the hospital seeing my mom.. Sorry I didn't let you know.. Somthing came up.

Y/n:" it's fine, momo Said you were upset this morning, you can tell me if somthings wrong nobody is listening.. "

T:" did she?... I'm sorry you had to hear from her and not me, she was the only one up when I left so I had to tell her where I was going so you wouldn't freak out..

Y/n:"shoto it's fine, I didn't think much of it I jsut hate her... But you didn't answer me, we're you upset this morning?

I heard the phone go silent for a few seconds until he spoke again.
T:" yes.. "

I signed and closed my eyes, I wanted to help him so bad..

Y/n: can you talk to me about it later? Please
todoroki I want to help you..

The line went silent momentarily again.

T:"no-...... Yes, I'll talk to you. Thankou...
I have to go now, bye y/n."

He hung up the phone not giving me chance to say goodbye back, no I love you at the end. My heart ached for him, I wanted him to tell me that somthing was wrong as soon as he felt upset, instead I'm having to force it out of him.

Todorokis pov
I hung up the phone and sighed leaning my head against the wall.
"shoto, was that your girlfriend?"
My mom asked with a warm smile, I nodded I reply and stared at the messege she'd just left me.

Y/n: I love you, please come straight back after you've visited your mom, I'm worried about you.

"yes, that was her, I really love her."
I said after staring down the messege. My mom smiled at my affection. It was my first time seeing her in awhile so we had lots to catch up on.
"well, from what I heard of that conversation I think she really loves you too, poor girl was worried sick about you shoto. And you didn't make much an effort to reassure you, I'm guessing that messege was her?"

My mum was always a very strong woman, she was always right as well, about everything.

" I know, I don't want her worrying about me though... I mean, there's this other girl.. "
My mother went wide eyed
" other girl.? Todoroki shoto if your about to tell me your cheating on this girl... I'll be very disapointed in you."

I sighed.
