The last rays of the sun had disappeared completely beneath the horizon. There was silence amongst the campus. The only sounds were the animals hidden in the dark. Aurora stealthily moves through the shadows, blending into the night. Her footsteps the barest whisper in the dead of night. Aurora leapt up and swung herself onto the wall. She panted, slowly catching her breath. It had been a long time since she snuck out from school. Her schedule was packed with work these days.
Today, she was bored out of her mind. She had finished all her work this afternoon and has nothing else to do. She figured she might as well sneak outside school to the city and maybe drink some cocktails. As her chest heaved up and down for breath, the adrenaline from her excursion still running through her veins caused her to lose her footing and fall face -first on the grass bed below. Aurora yelped and braced herself for the impact but instead of the hard dirt ground she felt. A softer fleshier thing hooked around her waist and caught her mid-air. Her eyes widened and before she could process everything, she was released and she landed with a thud.
