It was a rainy Sunday morning in London. No one was awake, except for one person. A young teenage boy was walking the streets. He wore a black hoodie, skinny jeans, a laptop carrier strapped cross his left shoulder going down to his right hip but, no laptop, and thick boots. It was 6:00 AM. Silence surrounded the boulevard. The rain pounded the streets like a rock and a piece of iron crashing together. And so he walked. In 10 minutes of silence and walking he stopped to sit at a bench next to an apartment complex. Soon people started heading to church, that was when the young teenage boy went up into the apartment complex. Very slowly he went up the 4 step stairs. He stopped at the door and went in. Another young teenager walked out, she never looked at him. But he did. As he walked pass he could smell the rainy air rushing past him.

When he got to his apartment he took off his jacket and shoes and put them both on a rack. Step by step. He starred at the room and said to himself "Disaster. Only if mum was here I'd be fine." Then he turned his head at a picture of a young looking lady and a little boy. A tear dropped from his eyes. He walked to his bedroom and stopped at a empty room, with a door half broken off and stopped again. If someone was watching him they would have been scared and worried. His plopped on his bed and starred straight at the ceiling. Tears started to rush and rush right from his eyes to his chin. He fell asleep slowly.

He woke up 1 hour later to a sudden flash flood. He stood up and looked out his window. He thought "Always, when will this stop." It was lunch time so he walked to the kitchen and realized, "Ugh, nothing at all!" he yelled and slammed the fridge door. "Yay me," he continued with sarcasm "I get to go outside with no umbrella." And so he walked out and there she was again. Sitting on a bench like she was waiting for something. He walked pass and he heard a small voice

"Would you like to use my umbrella? You must really need it."

"Umm, I'm fine but thanks for the offer!" he replied, turning his back to see her.

"I can walk with you." And she smiled

"Well, I assume it wouldn't mind me much or mum." He smiled and walked towards her.

She had long brunette hair with a blonde ombre at the bottom, she wore a normal white jacket but it fell all the way to her knees.

"Oh-sorry, I am Alicia M. Lee, you can just call me Alicia" and then she smiled, she seemed very happy and she really couldn't stop smiling. This rain didn't really seem to bother her at all.

"Nice to meet you, Alicia. I am Kyle V. Stanly, Kyle Victor Stanly." And he smiled back with a shake.

"Are you from London?" Alicia curiously wondered.

"Well, practically all my life I've lived here. My father and my mum came her when I was 2 and they loved it then, they wanted to stay here just for a year until my father died and we ended up not going back to where ever we lived before. " Kyle replied looking down at the ground.

"Oh, I lived in New York City in America for my whole life and I recently just moved here. I feel really lonely. My mum and father kinda kicked me out the house." Then she dropped her smile straight to the ground.

"Kinda? You mean DID! I can show you all the places and things that YOU, need to, know!"

Kyle went on and on and eventually forgot about food or where he was headed. They went to stores and museums, bakeries and cafes. He wished this could never end, while she did too. They both walked home, together they went step by step and went separate ways to their apartments.

4 hours Kyle got a call saying to go to the hospital for an emergency...
