Kei Tsukishima was in fact deeply and madly in love. In fact he loved this person so much he would do anything to protect and car for them, even if it means going to the pharmacy every two months to get a prescription to keep himself sane.
No the drug wasnt for him not to be consumed by him, but by his lover, Tobio Kageyama. There was nothing wrong with tobio no, but his brain worked differently than kei's in that, he couldn't sit still or sometimes he was too loud or too quiet, his body moved on its own like a machine. Tobio had ADHD, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
This doesn't mean tobio is any less smart than kei tho it could appear that way, no it just means he is smart in his own way. This disorder doesn't make tobio any less loveable either.

"Boring, I couldn't do anything" he scrunched his nose and blew air into his lovers face.

"Sorry kei" Adhd isn't just that alone, it can come with various other things like anxiety disorder and tick disorders.
"It's okay, is it that time?"
"No I have a whole bottle left"
"Okay, where's my hug?"

Kei would never say it to anyone else but his favorite part of the day was coming home from his classes and receiving the tightest hug ever from his boyfriend.
"Thank you my love"
"Mhm" tobio wandered off probably to find something to occupy his hands. Kei smiled, he knew tobio loved him and that he wasn't trying to be rude with a short response or just walking away, instead he was occupying himself so that he didn't cause trouble.
If you're wondering, yes tobio goes to school but he goes every other day. This does make it known that him and kei are dating and that he does in fact appear different to those who don't know him personally.
"Yo dude your boyfriend is kinda weird"
Kei was walking with a classmate of his when they saw tobio drawing on the wall with his finger and a paper in his hand.
"He's not weird, he's just like you" he tapped tobio on the shoulder and received a smile. "You get the answer?"
"Yup! It's the same as the amount of tiles on the floor and dots on the wall!"
"Good job love" he turned to the person he was walking with. "See, he's not weird and he's not different he's just like us just.." he turned back to his boyfriend who was talking to his friends in the hall. "More childish and socially conscious"
