Waiting In The Wings

Tooth fairies part 2

I kept on following the tooth fairies and they finally led me somewhere useful the place where Jack Frost died when he was still human I smiled and noticed the same crack in the ice from when he fell in the pond when he saved his presious baby sister. I created a nightmare to search the area for any source of magic or something useful that will help me destroy my foes. 

Then she came back and I got a grunt in response to the search I commanded her to do before hand "great job Lynx " I named it

 I always liked that name. Then I got on lynx and flew off back to pitch's base where he was waiting for my return. 

Once I entered the room I saw pitch standing near the door to my room and asked me if I got anything from those baby hummingbirds I nodded and told him everything he smiled evily and turned into a shadow and disappeared I did the same without hesitation I followed him for hours until he reached the destination he wanted he took a deep breath of the cold winter air and let it out I could tell he smelled fear he walked up to a child sitting near a tree crying I looked at him and he created a nightmare and let it lose to the child. The young girl screamed in fear and then I saw my friend from the other night standing near her and hugging her "oh my poor sweet child having a little nightmare are we?" I said making the world around as dark as night. 

Pitch was speechless at what I did I smiled knowing he was proud of my accomplishment at mastering my powers. I could not just create nightmares I could turn the sky dark and make lighting appear out of thin air and summon Mordu from pitch's lair and he would come out of the shadows and attack.
