Hazel P.O.V.
As they were shoving Piper in the carriage, I just looked at her sadly, I couldn't say anything, I didn't know what to say. They put her in the carriage, but I heard her say something, it kind of sounded like, "IT IS ANNABETH, ANNABETH AND LEO!!" but she got cut off. I am not sure what she means. "Why don't we all go to the common room," Annabeth suggested. We all went to the common room and sat down. Ron sat in a chair, Hermione sat on a loveseat with Harry, Frank and I were on the other loveseat, Leo was in a chair next to the couch, Percy and Annabeth were on the couch, and on the other side of them, Jason sat with a empty spot next to him, where Piper was. I looked down sadly. I missed Piper. I leaned against Frank, and he rubbed my arm. We all sat in silence. I looked at Jason, but he didn't look sad anymore, he looked mad. All of a sudden Jason jumped up and started yelling at Annabeth. "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU! You are a sister to Piper, and you pushed her away !! You didn't even give her a chance to explain. You just shoved her in Azkaban. She was pleading, begging with you to at least just hear her out, but you wouldn't. You didn't even looked sad, you just stared at her with cold, dead eyes. Everyone looked sad, but you." Jason yelled at Annabeth. Annabeth stood up in front of Jason. "Why would I look sad, Piper betrayed us." Annabeth said. She said Piper's name in disgust, that was not like her. "How do you know ?!? You never let her explain!!" Jason yelled. Percy jumped up behind next to Annabeth. "Jason, cool it. We are all mourning. I know I would be mad if it was Annabeth that everyone thought was evil." Percy said sadly. "That's the thing though, it isn't Annabeth. It easily could be, she was supposedly just sitting in that house. Maybe she was plotting with Bellatrix. She could even just have the serum in her. All I know, is that Annabeth accused Piper without solid proof, and Annabeth would never do that. Annabeth would get solid proof, and she would get solid proof because she is do smart. She wouldn't just jump to conclusions." Jason said. When Jason said this Annabeth's stare intensified. Jason was right, that is not something Annabeth would do. I looked at Annabeth, expecting her to look offended, or sad, or mad even, but her eyes just looked cold and dead. I took out my monster safe phone that Leo gave me and took a picture of everyone individual, to show Jason later. "It is 10:00, to has been a long day, why don't we go to bed." Hermione told everyone. We all silently agreed and went to our dorms.
I slept in Piper's bed, the one farthest from the door on the left wall. Annabeth was next to me, then Hermione next to her.
Annabeth got in bed, and was talking to Hermione. I got in bed and found a the charm bracket Jason had given Piper. It had a lightning bolt, a dove, a golden statue, a dragon, and a lightning bolt wrapping around a dove. On the back of the lightning wrapping around the dove, it said, "You and me, forever and beyond." Then had a heart under it. Piper loved this bracelet, I don't know why it isn't with her. After awhile I fell asleep, blocking out Annabeth and Hermione's conversation.
During the night I woke up to a slight whimper, then silence, then talking. I don't know who was talking because I was half awake
I woke up at 8:30. My Hufflepuff robes were dirty, but I didn't want to go to my room, so I put in one of Piper's gryffendor robes.
I looked over at Hermione's and Annabeth's beds, but they were neatly made with no one in them. They might have just gotten up early.
I walked down to the common room and saw Annabeth talking to Frank, Hermione talking to Percy, and Leo talking to Harry and Ron. I thought it was a little odd, but they were all friends, so who was I to judge. I walked down and said hi, but no one even flinched. I walked over to Frank and tried to hug him, but he pushed me off. I walked over to Leo to talk to him but he just told me to go away. Everyone was just ignoring me.
I noticed that Jason wasn't there, so I went up to his dorm and knocked on the door. I heard shuffling then the door opened. Jason looked tired. He looked like he just woke up. His hare was a little out of place, but not bad. He had flannel pajama pants on and no shirt, I could see his abs, but I didn't care, I have Frank. "Hey, did you just wake up?" I asked him as he let me in. He sat down on his bed, and I sat down on Leo's, the one right next to his. "So what's up ?" He asked me. "Well, I tried to talk to Frank and Leo, but they oushed me away and ignored me. So did everyone else. And Hermione and Annabeth were nonstop talking last night. During the night I heard a slight whimper, then silence then someone talking, but I don't know who. And last night when Annabeth was talking, her eyes were cold and dead. I took pictures of her and everyone else too." I told Jason. I showed him the picture of Annabeth. "I knew it, we have to go show Percy." Jason told me standing up. "Jason, wait. You are right, but the whimoer last night, I think it was Hermione whimpering from getting stabbed with the serum. I think Everyone has the serum. You and me are the only ones without it, and Piper, but she isn't here." I told Jason. Jason put on a shirt and pair of jeans. Jason sat back down and looked at the pictures. All of them looked normal, except-*BAM* I loojed over and Leo kicked the door done, interrupting my thoughts. "HAZEL !! JASON !!" Leo yelled angrily. Jason grabbed me by the waist and jumped out the window.
Piper P.O.V.
I saw Azkaban, and I realised this will be the last place I enter before I die. Once we had landed the guards pulled me out and pushed me towards the doors. I walked through and immediately saw how depressing the inside looked. I was taken to a room to to off all of my jewelry and any belongings I had. I put on a orange jumpsuit with the number 13BW26. Once I had changed, they took me to my cell. There was a bed attached to the wall, a toilet, and a little table with a chair and a small lamp on the table. I didn't even have a roommate, I was all alone once again.
After awhile of just sitting on my bed a guard told me to follow him. He took me to the cafeteria. I got my food and sat down at an empty table. I was eating my food when a girl came over and sat across from me at my table. She had curly purple hair and her number was 2607MB. "Hey, I noticed you just got here, I'm Nikki, what's your nane ?" The girl told me. "My name is Piper. What did you do to get in here ?" I asked her as I finished up my food. "Well, when I was younger, my dad did something and I tried to defend him, someone said that when I defended him, I used the killing curse so he wouldn't go to Azkaban, but I didn't, it was a lie. My father was not a good man, at all, but he was my father. I have been here ever since." Nikki told me. "Why are you here ?" Nikki asked back. "I was accused of helping an evil woman. They didn't have proof, they just sent me here without a trial. They said I helped a woman, who tortured me. The worst part, was it was my best friends who did it. A girl who was a sister to me, convinced everyone I was evil. But her and one of my best friends were injected with a serum that made them evil, but no one knows, I didn't realise until it was too late." I told her sadly. Nikki looked at me. "I have been waiting for an excuse to escape, and you have one, we are getting out, tonight." Nikki told me with a smile. All of a sudden I felt hot pain in my back. It was right above my hip. I looked down and saw a shank sticking out of me. My blood was getting everywhere. Nikki jumped up and jumped across the table, tackling the guy who had stabbed me. She turned to see me as I fell to the ground. Nikki slid over and caught me. "HELP !!! HELP !! SHE'S BEEN STABBED !!!" Nikki screamed. Guards rushed at us. My side hurt a lot, it was bleeding so much that my pant leg was covered in blood. Nikki had blood all over her from holding me. She refused to let the guards carry me, so a he carried me to the med wing. By the time she set me down on a bed Nikki was covered in so much blood that she looked like she had just killed three people. I knew I was not going to make it. I lost too much blood. I looked at Nikki, even though we had just .et, she was crying for me, she already felt like my best friend. "Nikki, promise me that you will escape, find my friends, tell them what happened. Find Jason Grace, tell him that Annabeth and Leo are evil. And tell Jason I love him please, I wish I didn't have to leave him." I tild Nikki. "No. I will not tell them, because you are getting out of here and you are going to tell them yourselves." Nikki told me fearsly. Nikki pulled a wooden stick out of her jumpsuit, it was a wand! She pointed it at my wound and said something, I don't know whaf she said, I was starting to black out from so much blood loss. Nikki pulled me out of bed and told the guard she was taking me to my cell. We walked over to a janitors closet and his until everyone was asleep or gone. I almost blacked out a few times, but I held it together. Me got out of the closet and ran for the entrance, but we were stopped, by a dementor. It looked at Nikki and started to suck something out of her. I didn't know what to do, I didn't have a wand, I couldn't stop it, I was helpless. All I could do was, "STOP NOW!" I yelled at the dementor. I stopped. The dementor looked at me. It got as close as it could without touching me. It breathed on me, the floated away. "How did you do that ?" Nikki asked me breathlessly. "One of my friends from Hogwarts told me they only go after prisoners, people that deserve to be here, and when it got up next to me, it realised I do not deserve to be here, and neither do you. Now come kn, let's get out of here." I told Nikki. I leaned against Nikki and she helped me walk. We walked out the door and saw where we were. It was beautiful out. We looked down and saw a boat we were about to climb down to get in it when a giant *BOOM went off behind us. It blew Nikki off towards the left and it blew be right to the edge, I was holding on by one hand, and I didn't have a lot of strength left in me.
