Chapter 7: Away We Go Again

It was about eight in the morning, Issac got of bed a little later than usual.

"Good morning, everyone! It's time for us to have a meeting if Milla is back yet that is," Issac said. Milla wasn't back yet, but there was a portal opening that she had conjured overnight while in the void.

"I think that's her over there," Daniel said as he walked by the portal to go check on Caleb who was still unsure about his visions that had started to happen more and seemed to show other dimensions.

"I saw you die while fighting Leon this time, Issac," Caleb said as he grabbed his head. "I hate this dang ability sometimes."

"Are you there?" Issac asked Milla looking into the portal. She couldn't feel his hand on the vine so she didn't sense his presence, and nothing happened. "She isn't responding so I'm not sure what we're going to do with the fact that we can't move very far without her and that we still need to figure out what to do with Tom," Issac said as he walked into the kitchen.

"I don't know either but I say we leave Tom in the void seeing as he can't be trusted," Jennifer said as she leaned against the wall.

"Yeah except for the part the King Death has the ability to go through dimensions so if he wants to use Tom, I'm sure he can find a way to get to him and get him back here," Daniel pointed out as he pulled out his paralyzing knives and threw into the wall.

"I say we wait and see what King Death does, except if we do that he might end up coming here and killing us and if we act before him he might notice us and kill us, dang it visions!" Caleb yelled as he punched one of the vines as hard as he could. Milla suddenly flew out of the portal and crashed into a wall on the opposite side of the room.

"What's wrong? Why so urgent?", she exclaimed, frantically looking around for any enemies or signs of danger, her accent slipping.

"Oh yeah! I forgot that was how you called her back. Sorry about that Milla but Caleb was just angry cause his visions are starting to act weird and show him other dimensions, but since you're here we can deal with our next move and what we are doing with Tom," Issac said.

"I had a really weird dream about that twerp. Sarah killed him, and then he knocked Sarah out, and he's still dead, and Sarah knew Swordsman, and we found out via Sarah possessing Daniel, and-", Milla looked around to see all of the expressions on everyone's faces. "It was real, wasn't it?" She asked with a blank tone of realization.

"Yes and I hated every second of it," Daniel said as he frowned.

"Do you guys want me to explain what we found out before we do this meeting or to just not bring it up?" Issac asked.

"No! I just got over it!" Caleb yelled.

"Yeah let's not talk about it", Milla added.

"I really don't care at this point but they seem to say no so I'll go with them," Daniel said.

"I say that it just about killed me to get all of that information, but I do have a question that I just remembered for Milla. You might have to think a while back but what were you going to ask yesterday before we came back here?" Jennifer asked.

"I didn't think I was going to ask anything at all", Milla said, confused at Jennifer's question.

"Yesterday you said, 'Does anybody...wait, forget about that, we can worry about what I was gonna ask later. Daniel, could you use that power to heal Sarah?' after saying 'Welcome to the 'my mom despises me and pretends I don't exist club'.' so I figured now might be a better time than during the actual meeting to ask what that question was," Jennifer said with a blank expression on her face.
