Chapter 8 ~ Easy night = She must be the one

"Princess, I think there's something we have yet to finish.."

None POV~

Gold's right hand stayed positioned against the wall as his left raised to the strand of hair covering your eye and gently pushed it to its place behind your ear. Stuck between Gold and the wall with him softly caressing your face was enough to fluster you beyond all measure. He was so close, his warm breath tickling your lips, chin, and neck. His glowing yellow-green eyes pierced through the wall you had set in your mind and froze you in place. They were so bright and loving, you lost yourself to him within seconds. His golden hair glowed softly in the dim light and made him look all the more attractive. Oh so attractive...... Is this really happening? His he really going to kiss you?!

"Darling?" his voice came out barely above a whisper, deep, and a whole octave lower than what you ever thought could be possible. Oh how this made him even hotter than he already was. "Do I have your FULL attention?"

You blinked then hesitantly nodded, the look of excitement, confusion, worry, and happiness plastering your features. You could hear his chest rumbling with a low and concealed chuckle as he moved in closer to you, making the small space now become almost centimeters. His expression went from slightly dark even though smiling, to stone cold serious with a hint of lust in his eyes as he closed in on you. It was getting hard to breath, well, for you at least it was. Your breaths became shaky and uneven. Heavy then light. Rough then smooth. Soft then loud. While his was as even as the flaps from a butterfly's wings. What in heavens name was he doing to you!?

"Do you remember yesterday?" he questioned in a near whisper. "When we were all alone and oh so close to each other?" The last part of his sentence was whispered in your ear as he pressed his face against the side of your hair.

"Y-Yea...." You mentally slapped yourself for stuttering in a situation like this. 'Ugh! Stupid (y/n), now you seem like you're all weak and helpless and totally at his will. Grr.... Just control your breathing, stay calm, and try not to become any more red then you already are.' you thought to yourself as you tried to regain control.

"Well..." he started as his left hand slipped from your face and slowly down your side, sending chills up your spine. Then it found its resting place on your hip, gently pulling your body a little closer, leaving no room between the both of your stomachs. "I feel like- No, I KNOW that we are close enough, so (y/n), I-"

His eyes widened as he stopped mid sentence, pulling back from you and staring into your (e/c) orbs. He seemed to be taken back by the way he blinked and looked around for a second. He then gave you a small smile and concluded with, "Pardon me, Princess. I'll be right back" before he disappeared into thin air.

"Wait WHAT?" you exclaimed. At this point your head was reeling with questions such as, 'No wait you what? You what!? What were you going to say? Was it I love you?! Grr, this is the second time he's just left like that- WAIT A SECOND... -.- Did he just disappear into nothingness?

Just moments after the golden haired boy vanished he reappeared in near the same spot as he had left in. When he reappeared his face was stone cold, completely serious, even his eyes seemed a darker color than usual. It kind of scared you. Once your eyes met, his expression changed immediately to mildly happy.

"Now, where were we, my Dear?" He approached you getting nearly as close as he was the first time.

"How about we were at the part where you were just about to explain to me how you magically disappeared like that?" you questioned while folding your arms and giving the poor boy that 'Spill it' face.
