One Day, Freedom Will Come (Golden Freddy x Reader one shot!)

Chapter 4 ~ Animatronics

"Come with me, I'd like you to meet some friends."

You slowly but surely arose from your seat, still not completely sure if you should trust him. You followed him up the stage and behind the curtains. Once through the curtains, you was in a medium sized gloomy, dusty room with a wooden floor (it was basically the stage.... Just the part you never see). It smelled very old and dusty, like life hasn't existed back there in over twenty years. You watched Gold walk over to a door in the back of the room. It was dark and also covered in dust just like the rest of the room. It looked broken, but in reality it was rotting and the hinges were simply weak. The handle was no longer golden but more of a rusty copper color. And are those..... hand prints? Dark, dry, bloody hand prints to be exact. All along the bottom to middle of the door. Now, you was regretting following him, and wasn't so sure if you wanted to go inside.

He made a hand gesture for you to come over and you hesitantly obeyed his request. He stopped you at the door and seemed to think over what he was doing.

"Now, dont freak out to much or anything, they can understand us just as much as you and I understand each other," Gold said.

What did he mean by that? By now, you were beyond confused, but wait till you entered the room.

GOLDS POV ~

I hope she doesn't run away. I opened the door after giving her a quick warning and let her through. Once she walked in, she seemed to fully stop in her tracks at the sight of the animatronics. I didnt close the door behind me so that she wouldn't feel like she was trapped or forced. She was frozen. The animatronics all turned and looked at her, Bun Buns sitting on the table, Chickedy (what he calls chica) was in the back of the room behind the table, and Fredbear on the opposite side of the table from Bun Buns, standing. They gave her stairs that were unreadable, but Fredbear was a bit skeptical within his stare. I gave them a, 'be nice!,' stare and decided to speak first.

"ech-hem," I cleared my throat, "Uh, (Y/N), these are my 'friends' Freddy, Chica, and Bonnie. Guys, this is (Y/N)..... You know, the one I was telling you about."

Bun Buns quickly put on a smile along with Chica, and waved. I could see (Y/N) hesitantly wave back. Freddy still gave her a skeptical stare and I could tell that (Y/N) noticed that..... Pleeeeeeeaaaaaase dont run away!

(Y/N) POV ~

Why is he staring at me like that!? You know, when somebody says 'Hey, I'd like you to come meet some my friends,' this is NOT what they mean! The room we were in was small. It had shelves on the wall with a few of the animatronics heads on them. The small, grey room also had a large concrete table in the center. The table had stains on the top and slightly down the sides. The stains were splattered, dark, dusty, and blended red and orange blotches. In order to see, there was an old silver light hanging in the middle of the ceiling above the table. I noticed the bear's eyes narrowed and he took a few big strides to me. 'Nonononononononononono, dont get closer!' I thought. After a few moments of awkward silence, and a staring contest I thought would NEVER end, Freddy suddenly smiled at me. But not like your normal, average, every day smile, he gave me a teddy bear like smile.

"Why, hello there Miss, (Y/N). It is nice to meet you," Freddy said as he took my hand and lifted it to his lips, giving it a small kiss. Okay, so does every guy around here wear a top and kiss every girl that they meet on the hand!

I smiled, slightly blushing..... Although, I have no idea why. He's an old animatronic bear! "Uh, nice to meet you too!," I said still in slight disbelief that this was happening and that I WASN'T dreaming.

"I never thought that you guys could get off stage and have normal conversations," I said with a small smile.

"Well yes actually, we can. In fact, we used to be able to do this out in the dining room and party rooms for the kids! But... not any more." By the end of Bonnie's sentence, his face quickly fell into a frown and he looked at the ground.
