Shortly afterwards, two uniformed men were hauling in one of many evidence crates of books.

"So, the numbers are reference, to books" John reviewed.

"To specific pages and specific words on those pages" Sherlock confirm.

"Right" both you and Dr Michael said.

"So fifteen and one. That means turn to page fifteen and it's the first word you read" Dr Michael said and you nodded. Then John nodded slowly as if he understood.

"Right, so, what's the message?" he said.

"Depends on the book, that's the cunning of the book code has to be one that they both owned" you said. John sighed, looking around at the stacks of crates of books in the room.

"Okay, right. Well, this shouldn't take too long, should it?" he asked. You and Dr Michael start to pull out some books. Then there a knock you four look at Dimmock as he comes in and hold an evidence bag.

"We found these, at the museum" he said, then you and Dr Michael notice that it contained the photograph of the cipher, you look at Dr Michael and he look back at you as you gesture him to get the evidence bag, he nodded and walk up to him and take the bag.

"We hoped Soo Lin could decipher it for us" you said as you turn your back at Dimmock then Dimmock nods then turns to Sherlock, who is unloading a crate.

"Anything else I can do? To assist you, I mean?" he asked. Before Sherlock could speak Dr Michael beat him first.

"Some silence right now would be marvelous" he said then you chuckle at this while Sherlock glare at Dr Michael as John shake his head apologetically at Dimmock. Biting his lip, Dimmock turns and leaves the room. Dr Michael turns back to the crates and help through the rest of the night you, Dr Michael, John and Sherlock rummaged through the books to, hopefully, break the code.

You were going through a crate wehen you notice that it seemed familiar. You looked around at the few books around you until you spotted It - the same one, a heavy hard back copy of "transition." But when you checked the fifteenth page, you were dissapointed to find that the word was cigarette. Clearly not something revelant to what you were looking for. You slammed the book closed and tossed it and it's partner onto a nearby desk. While Dr Michael checked another book and it happen again. This time, the word was 'imagine.' He tossed that book and its match to the desk as well.

And hours later, progress was still slow. The stack of useless books ok the table grew and grew until you and Dr Michael had to put soke on the floor instead. Sherlock and John hadn't made much more progress either. Finally, something other than the eventless searching occurred. John's watch beeped. He looked down at it, then buried his head in his hands. He let out an exaggerated sigh.

"Waht?what is it?" you asked.

"I've got work" he said then you smiled sympathetically, knowing that John had gotten even less sleep than you last night; only a few hours. So he left, and you, Dr Michael and Sherlock search a bit more. For hours. Finally, you patience wore thin.

"Sherlock, it's got to be a book that everybody would own, hasn't it?" you said. Sherlock paused and look up, thinking. He whipped around to his own bookshelf and you and Dr Michael watched as he took out the Oxford Dictionary. "Add" he set it aside and pulled out another book that you and Dr Michael didn't quite catch, and turned to page fifteen. "nostrils". Now, the bible "I".

"Well, that's not very helpful is it?" you asked as Sherlock ruffled his hair in frustration just as Watson walked in, looking a bit more energetic that this morning.

"I'm going to get some air, we're going out tonight" he said.

"Actually, I've got a date tonight!" John said
