Inside Seokjin’s Cabin

“So… you don’t know anything about your whereabouts? Your age… your name… nothing?”

Seokjin asked slowly, brows furrowed as he carefully observed the mysterious boy—almost as if he was trying to read him like a complex medical case.

“Your age… your name… nothing… kikikikii… phew…”
The boy simply echoed his words, giggling innocently as if it were a game.

Seokjin sighed.

They were now inside his private cabin.
The boy—the beautiful, strange boy—sat on the hospital bed… though not like a patient at all. One moment he crawled to the edge, grabbing random objects out of curiosity, and the next—

A sharp glare from Seokjin.

The object would immediately be placed back.
And then the cycle repeated.

Meanwhile, Jeongguk sat sprawled across the sofa like he owned the place, legs resting on a stool, eyes glued to his phone—completely uninterested in whatever was happening.

And Seokjin?

He stood there, patience hanging by a thread.
It had been an hour since he picked up his broken brother from that park—God knows why Jeongguk chose a park for a breakup instead of his apartment.

Still… despite everything, a small part of him was relieved.

Because he never liked Nabi.

But even then—he knew this heartbreak was real for Jeongguk.

First love always hurts the deepest.

Now, back to the main problem.

The boy.

The one with ocean-blue eyes.

The one who giggled and sobbed without reason.

Seokjin had seen countless medical cases.
But this?
This was different.

The boy was severely malnourished. That much was clear. Years of neglect, perhaps. But with proper nutrition, that could be fixed.

That wasn’t the issue.

The real concern—

Was his mind.

No sense of identity.
No memory.
No awareness.
No basic understanding of the world.

It was as if he had never learned to live in it.
He cried hysterically when they brought him into the car… then suddenly burst into laughter once the car started moving.

Like a child.

Or worse—

Like someone who had never experienced such things before.

Seokjin had considered calling a psychologist.

But stopped.
