Anubhav kept looking in her eyes. His eyes became moist looking at her. Her eyes were fierce in anger. But whatever have happened in the past was because of him, he still wants to keep her out of danger, doesn't want to make her life as vulnerable as his. So he decided to use this situation against him.
HM- iss baar hum aapko bina jawab diye nahi jaane denge.
He looked at her intently. His hands unknowingly made their way to her eyes to wipe the unshed tears, as if they had the mind of their own. He mentally slapped himself for doing that. As their were many people around he left without answering. Haseena too, to calm herself, sat aside from the crowd, when the song ended.
Flashback
It has been 4 months after the broken engagement. New cases of drug peddlers are emerging in Lucknow again and department hands over the case to MPT as HM had previously rooted the drug lords out of the city. Investigations lead their way to 2 drug peddlers who are working under the famous Mumbai businessman, Mr. Ajeet. Since it was linked to both Mumbai and Lucknow, IG of Bombay and Lucknow set up a joint mission to wipe out Ajeet's Illegal business. Entire MPT is on boarded for this Mumbai based Mission.

A light is flashed on a name plate, DSP Anubuav Singh, Mumbai. He gets a government letter and his expressions changes. A tear escaped his eye. A mid aged man follows beside, entering in his cabin.
AS- Jai Hind, Sir!
Doodh Wale Boss- Jai Hind, Anubhav. Ye tumhara shayad aakhiri mission ho. So ye pura hona chahiye. Pechle mission ki tarha nahi. (Jo usko sagai ke time milta hai)
AS- Ji sir. Ye patr me likha hai ki koi aur bhi hoga humare saath. Jaan sakte hai kyu? Aapko humara kaam karne ka tareeka Pata hai na! Phir bhi.
Boss- Tum jaante ho Anubhav tumhe iss Mission mein lena IB ki ek majburi si hai. Ajeet ke khilaaf tum pehle se ek mission kar chuke ho. Kisi naye insaan ko samjhane jitna samay nahi hai humare paas. Abhi Ajeet pe drugs case mein hone ke acquisitions lage hai, vo usme busy hai...IB ke paas ye bahout acha mauka hai uske Human trafficking racket ko pakadne ke liye. Tumhari partner hogi Neha. Bahout jald hi mil loge tum usse.
AS- (hurt) Ji sir. Jai Hind. (He leaves to his home, without listening to him firther)
Boss- (to himself) yahi sach hai ek agent hone ka anubhav, hum sab khuch kho dete hai desh ke liye, humara pyaar- parivaar. Aur thodi si galti se apni hi naukri aur post. Asha hai 4 mahine baad sab theek ho jaiye. Kyuki desh ko tum jaise officers ki zarurat hai.

At Anubhav's Home,
he packs his stuff and keeps some money in an envelope. Before leaving the rented apartment he looks at the picture of three women close to him, HM, Maa and KS. His eyes then travel to his father's image. He smiles looking at them," Aasha hai aap logo ki tasveere dekhne vapis laut ayenge".
Closing his house, he rings the bell of the apartment just in front of him. A lady in late 50s opens the door. She greets him with an ear to ear grin.
"Ye lijye amma, iss mahine ka kiraya....ab khuch din ghar khali rahega humme jaana hai"
"Kaha? Uss tasveer wali ladki ke paas", she asked excited. (She is the owner of his rented house and knows a little bit of AnuSeena.)
"Kya Amma, aap bhi bilkul humari maa jaisi baate kehte hai", he smiled, but behind his smile a lot of pain was hidden,"Humme nahi Jaana unke paas, bas door si hi pyaar karenge....unse aur sabse".
"Tere ye dialog khatam nahi honge? Haina! Budho ki duayen kaam aati hai...humesha", she replied, keeping her wrinkled hands on his head.
"Toh bas aap yahi dua kijye ki humara parivaar jaha hai, khush rahe". He smiled and turned to leave.
"Ek minute ye 10 hazar rupee zyada kyu?"
"Aagle mahine aapki beti ki shaadi hai uske liye....dekhiye amma, humme taufe lena nahi aata....aur saath hi humme nahi pata ki hum kab lautenge....isliye rakh lijye....". He said and rushed downstairs without giving her a chance to argue. She smiled at him. Her aged eyes could see he had suffered a lot....and she didn't knew even 10% of that.

At IG office Mumbai,
IG- Miss, Mallik humare local officers aapko sari help karenge but forefront pe aapki team ko rehena hoga. Ab aap bata dijye....aap teeno mein se kaun, waqt aane pe honey trap ka istemaal bhi kar sakta hai.
After few minutes, haseena spoke,
HM- hum karenge sir, kyuki Lucknow me inke adde pe raid, KS aur SS ne ki thi aur vaha se ek member bhaag gaye tha. Ho sakta hai usne in dono ko dekh liya ho.
IG- theek hai phir. I am summarizing the plan again. Aap kal Ajeet ki party ki showstopper bankar jayengi aur leads collect karengi. Bahar ke logo ke liye ye ek hotel ki inauguration party hai par asal mein bade businessman ayenge....drugs ki illegal dealing ke liye. Agar aap enough proofs le paayi toh hum kal hi raid kar denge....warna aapko honey trap karna hoga.
HM- ji sir.
IG- humari team aur aapke baaki ke officers, hotel ke aas paas backup ki tarha honge. All the Best.

Unknown person- ho jayenge, news 100% sahi hai. Lucknow se yaha ek team aayi hai aur Anubhav Singh aapke khilaaf phirse ek mission plan kar raha hai.
Ajeet- ye secret agents bahout over confident hote hai....jaise ye humpe nazar rakhte hai hum bhi rakhte hai...pichli baar ye achanak se gayab hogaya....is baar nahi

He looked at her for a while then looked away.
AS- kal mere saath Ajeet ki ek party mein chalna hai tumhe, meri girlfriend bankar.
(He declared and turned to leave)
Neha- sir case ki information..... (He glared at her)
AS- basic toh tumhe Boss ne dedegi hogi....baaki jab zarurat padegi toh mil jayegi....

After discussing case with the IG, At Night HM was standing in the balcony.
"Jab seniors order de toh honey trap bhi karna padta hai......kabhi kabhi majboori hoti hai.....Anubhav ki bhi toh majburi hi thi Mission Jeet mein. Phir bhi unhe uss baat ka guilt tha....kyuki shayad pyaar tha". For the first time in these 4 months she started thinking about him from his POV. But her mind warned her from the pain she could get from a false hope arising, in her heart. She shooed away the thoughts and went to sleep.
The eye lie detector moment, her mother's words that something must be wrong with him suddenly erupted in her mind. She remembers the next case from her sagaai day, where she said to the girl that she would atleast try to find the reason. "Anubhav aise nahi the....agar vo family responsibilities nahi utha sakte they.... is vajha se vo sagai nahi chodte......bas ek baar hum vajha jaan ne koshish karenge Lucknow laut kar. Aur Abbu ki kasam is baar agar dhoka hua, toh hum aapse sabse zyada nafrat karenege".
