What if...?

PART 5

(guys I have absolutely no idea how to write this I don't remember my writing style from the last chapter so please bear with me that'll be very very messy)

Lee felix was... An extraordinary kid. He was born and raised in Australia, but his parents were both native Koreans. His whole life he's been exposed only to the English language. That sounds pretty normal, right?

But that kid was really something else. He always cared for everyone, tried helping however he could whoever he could, he ignored his own problems to help others. But the strangest thing was that you couldn't really tell he was such a person if you didnt get to know him. Felix always dressed in sporty expensive clothing (he kinda looked like a jerk to be honest), liked plying video games a lot, he was very popular at school and looked like the basic popular steal-yo-girl kinda guy.

But when felix was with his family or family he was a very smiley kind looking person.

Now you might be wondering how did our sunshine start dreaming of becoming a k-pop idol. Stay with me. I'll tell you. (hehe look how kind your author is after not posting for months)

{a few years back when felix was a little kid}

Felix's mom had gotten him with their car to go grocery shopping together but felix decided to stay in the car while his mother is picking up the food. Mrs. Lee decided to put on some music for him so he wouldn't get lonely or bored in the car. The music - k-pop of course. What else. And felix fucking loved it.

{back to felix being a teen}

Our sunshine liked lots of kinds of music. And he absolutely LOVED dancing. He's been dancing since kindergarten and I don't think he'll ever stop. Music, dancing, singing, rapping - it was all in his heart.

That's when he started thinking about what he'll do when he grows up. What does he want to do? What will make him happy? It took him some time but he found his answer. He wanted to dance and sing. That was his heart and soul. That would make him happy.

So one day he approached his mother and asked her to talk.

"uhm, mom... I think I want to become a k-pop idol. I want to move to Korea, learn Korean and live out my dream. I know it'll be very hard but I'm willing to do anything it takes to make my dream come true." said felix with a slight smile. He was very used to his family being supportive. They supported him when he told them about his sexual orientation, when he went to all these dancing classes, when he graduated, when his best friend moved away. They have always supported him. Or did they?...

"no."

The first time felix heard his mom say that word according to his decisions about himself. She didn't say no when he wanted to Pierce his ear or dye his hair or stay after school for different clubs and activities.

Felix felt tears fill his eyes.

"wh-what..." his voice cracked "m-mom what do you mean no... Why... Why not... That's my dream that's what I want to do with my life... Why..." his voice wavered as he continued rambling in disbelief.

"when I say no that's exactly what I mean. I do not support that decision of yours and I will not help you pursue it. I want you to stay in Australia, go to college, find a job and maybe form a family.  The step you want to take is way too big and no I will not allow that." Mrs. Lee said with an emotionless face.

Felix felt the first tear slip as he looked down turned around and went to his room before his mom could hear him cry. The second he closed his door he slapped his hand over his mouth and let out a muffled sob. He cried for while from the shock of his mom's words. It was a lot for him. He was a kinda spoiled child so that was a lot to take in. And even if he wasn't it's a lot to take in.

In a few hours his little sister Olivia went to go get him for dinner and found him sleeping curled up in a bowl on his bed with tear stained cheeks.

"felix. Feliiiixxx... FEEEELIIXX. Come onnnnn.  It's time for dinner. Get up. felixxxx. Don't make me start a pillow fight." she started bugging him and poking him while whining.

"okay okay stop it I'm coming." his voice still a bit sore from sleeping and crying.

During dinner there was huge tension in the room and for the first time in a while the family ate silently instead of talking and joking around the whole time. Felix's bug sister got a bit worried and again the end of dinner asked what's going on on the behalf of everyone. Mrs. Lee just stayed silent so felix had to explain. His voice cracked a few times while he was telling the whole family what had happened. His big sister offered comfort while Olivia got mad and just glared at their mom. She was also kinda hurt by the fact that felix wants to leave them in Australia and go somewhere else but she wasn't gonna stop him or hate him for it. It was his happiness. She was big enough to understand that (12-13). Felix's dad didn't say anything he just got sad and angry at his son but stayed quiet.

"if you don't want to support me you don't have to. But I'll do it. Because that's my dream. That's what I want to do with my life. And I'll make it work. Thank you for everything I hope you will be proud of me someday."

Silence.

A few steps.

The closing of a door.

Silent sobs.

Felix said he'll do it. He was so determine to live out his dream.

But will he succeed...

I don't know....

We'll see......

Haven't posted in a WHILE. Did you miss me.
I'm thinking about changing up the concept a little.
