It's Been Awhile

"Okay so let me get this straight!" Chase bounced around all excited, "Since the big attacks that've been happening on us students, we have to move into DORMS, now!?"

Jameson nodded furiously and Chase practically squealed bumping fists with his mute brother, "RAD!!!"

"Yeah, apparently, we'll be split up into different buildings dependent on class." Marvin brought up, "For instance, class 1-A will have their own building as well as 1-B and us"

Jackie sighed heavily, "We'll be missing . . . a classmate, though, when it happens"

Henrik nodded slowly, "Yes . . . but is it also a blessing, is it not?"

"Of course it is!" Sean walked in on them talking in their living room, "Look, guys, I know it's gonna be a big change but this will be good for Mayura! Not only will she be closer to being a better hero under Mr. Aizawa but she'll be able to control her power even better, too! . . . . I would never have been able to provide that sort of help for her to get stronger, I admit that"

Yes, after the incident between Mayura and Anti and the 'lightshow', it raised quite a few heads at what kind of power she actually possessed. So in turn, she too, was interrogated.

Not so much, however, since they already had her 'marked' so to say, since her parents deaths. It was Eraser head back then, after all, who had been able to stop her quirk from harming or killing anyone else in the area.

Since then, she had been in Sean's care to watch over somewhat, a UA teacher. Not that he had to do much watching over her. After her parents dying, it left her with severe trauma and she never wanted to use hardly any of her power ever again.

But now . . .

With possible villains having seen that power of hers in action and her getting kidnapped along with Bakugou, she was just as much of a target. A target who had to better protect themselves. And that meant joining the ranks of class 1-A under the pro guidance of Eraser head himself.

However . . . the Septics were less than thrilled with this development. Not only did their newly found alive brother had to be separated from them for a while, but now Mayura was being taken from them!

"It's alright" Jackie shrugged, "We'll still see her in school! It's not like she's leaving across the world or something!"

"Yeah, you're right!" Chase blubbered still though, "And . . and we can still sneak into her dorm, right!?"

"N-no" Henrik glared at him, "That's trespassing . . . and quite odd if you say 'sneak' like that"

'Still sucks' Jameson signed, 'When will we get to see Anti freely again?'

"It's only been a couple weeks" Jackie snuffed, "Gotta say, though, I bet to Mayura, it feels way longer. She's just waiting for the good word, constantly pestering the Principal even about it all"

"She's got guts" Chase snickered, "I'd never annoy Nezu! That guy creeps me out!"

Jackie sighed heavily but nodded absentmindedly, "Hm . . . hopefully soon we'll all be together again . . . that is . . . if Anti isn't still brainwashed"

Mayura didn't know what to think, really. She knew they had to make extra sure Anti wasn't tagged or still brainwashed but she couldn't help but feel worried and anxious for him. It had been seven freaking years since she had last seen him and she thought he was DEAD. Now he's alive and she can't even catch up with him or talk or anything!
