I really felt sick now. I was about to puke all over Jackson. He noticed and helped me out. He picked me up, bridal style, and rushed to the nearest bathroom. With every step he took my head pounded.
When we finally reached the bathroom, he put me down and locked the door. I retched the contents of my stomach into the toilet while Jackson held my hair back.
I felt stupid, I had made a fool of myself and now Jackson had seen me. He was probably going to tell the headmistress or even Luke. I don't even know why I cared anymore.
We had broken up months ago and I thought I was over him, I guess I'm not completely. I was swimming in and out of consciousness and Jackson could tell.
He flushed the toilet and helped me up. He then picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck, while I rested my head on his shoulder.
He unlocked the bathroom door and proceeded to walk down the hallway. He carried me down the hall. He had both arms under my legs. I decided to let my guard down for a little while and I was asleep by the time we reached our destination.
I felt him open a door and put me down on something soft and I finally had a dreamless sleep, for the first time in weeks.

I woke up to the bed moving beside me. I was hoping that the events of last night were a terrible nightmare. The headache I had said otherwise.
I looked to my left to see Jackson sound asleep. I then realised that I wasn't in my room, I was in Jackson's.
I looked down to see that I was wearing one of his T-shirts. I breathed in the scent and I remembered all of the good times we had together when we had started dating.
It was 4th of July weekend. I remembered going to the carnival with him and he spent 20 bucks on a booth trying to win me a stuffed bear. He succeeded and then we went on the Ferris wheel.
When we were at the top of the Ferris wheel, it stopped. People below us were panicking but we were distracted, there was a sunset in front of us.
It looked as if the sky was bursting with vibrant colors I didn't even know existed. That was a good day.
He had looked at me and said the cheesiest thing,
"The only thing more beautiful than this would be you." He said as he began to lean in.
I was leaning in and then there was the kiss. The sunset colors were nothing compared to the butterflies in my stomach.
When we had pulled apart the Ferris wheel was moving and he had given me a necklace with A+J engraved on it.
When we were almost at the end of the ride, fireworks exploded in the sky over the beach on the coast and we had the best seats in the house.
I laid back down, with these memories flooding my mind, and began to fall asleep. I felt Jackson turn over and scoot closer to me. He wrapped an arm around my waist and pulled me closer.
He nudged his head in the crook of my neck and breathed in the scent of my hair. I didn't try to get out of his grip. I relaxed into his touch.
To be honest I still had feelings for him and I think he had the same for me.

I felt like I had been sleeping for about an hour before I heard someone clear their throat above me. I curled into Jackson hoping that they would go away. Unfortunately they didn't. Jackson's arms held me tighter.
"Harris! Get the hell off of my sister!" I recognized Luke's voice
Crap
I felt Jackson stir in his sleep and then he mumbled some choice words at Luke. I looked over at Luke who was furious.
"Calm down Luke. Nothing happened." I said getting out of the bed, unwrapping Jackson's arms from around me.
It didn't help that I was just wearing an oversized T-shirt.
"I was stupid and he helped me, that's all I have to say so let's just get to class." I said while pulling on a pair of Jackson's sweatpants and walking to my room.
Twenty minutes later I had showered and was heading down to breakfast when I bumped into Jackson.
"So, about last night," He started rubbing the back of his neck, but I cut him off.
"I'm sorry about that. I was really upset and my head wasn't in the right place." I said as we walked into the dining hall and I slowed down as I noticed that everyone was staring at us.
Word spreads around fast. Even though nobody said anything at first, I could tell they had been talking about us.
"Did you hear? Alex and Jackson were together all night," a girl said whispering not so subtly.
Her friends stared at Jackson with googly eyes and they were all acting flirty. They then looked over at me and gave me one of the worst glares I have ever witnessed.
They obviously wanted Jackson to sit with them.
"Hey Jackson. Come over here and sit with us." One of the girls said, obnoxiously.
Suspicions confirmed.
Jackson just rolled his eyes as he took my hand and we walked away.
