"Sara" A boy calls.
"William?!" She turns around to face him "You've gotten so tall" Sara grins
"What is it like saving the multiverse!? Do you have to speak the same language as the place you're visting or is it like how it is in Cartoons? Who have you met!?" William asks excited
ambushed Sara responds " Its pretty epic I mean I have met so many people but some of them aren't necessary as great as books make them seem...I have a special pill like device that I swallow and it helps me the language and I've met all kinds of famous historical figures from Rasputin to Helen of Troy"
"That's so cool" He smiles.
"Yeah" She smiles
"Did you fight a bunch of bad guys" He asks innocently.
But the innocent question is enough to cause Sara's ears to ring, the sound remarkablely similar to that of the monitors in the med bay. Sara pulls and rubs her ears trying to rid herself of the noise.
"Aunt Sara" William asks.
"Can you get Aunt Ava or Your Mom" Sara gulps trying to keep to not scare william.
He runs inside the house and Sara starts to violently scratch her ears.
"Sara" Felicity arrives first "Whats wrong with your ears"she asks," is it the comms I could take a look at them"
"They won't stop and I know the noise isn't real" Sara hyperventilates "And I feel dizzy,"
"Try to take some deep breaths" Felicity helps Sara onto the couch."Is there something I can do?"
"Just keep talking" Sara tenses up.
"Sara" Ava scrambles into the living room "What's wrong?"
"I killed him, and now the beeping won't stop" Sara holds her ears.
"Sara you didn't kill anyone," Ava holds Sara's hands
"What do you mean?" Sara trembles
"You didn't kill bishop"Ava looks into her eyes.
"I-I did"Sara cries.
"Sara, Gideon thinks you were in a Psychosis" Ava explains.
"No,No, I'm not crazy" Sara shakes her head
"You aren't crazy Sara, you went through something traumatic"Ava tries to capture Sara's full attention. "Bishop took advantage of you the way Ivo did"
"Stop, it was real, it was real," Sara rocks and mutters "I felt his blood on every inch of me, and I felt the weight of his body on my back as I dragged him there."
"How did bishop get on the ship?" Ava asks
Sara tries to think back but her mind is blank "I am crazy" Sara wipes her eyes and starts taking deep breathes
"You aren't crazy, but you'll need to see a therapist" Ava explains.
"No,No,No" Sara shakes her head standing up and pacing the room.
"I'm sorry, but I know you wouldn't have come, and Gideon said it would be dangerous to tell you"Ava explains
"So now I'm a danger to everyone"Sara cries
"No babe, it would be dangerous for you"Ava hugs her. "Gideon said most people who exprience psychosis are depressed and borderline suicidal."
"I'm sorry" Sara sobs
"You did nothing wrong, I'm sorry I didn't see the warning signs" Ava holds her.
"No, this is not your fault , I'm a hybrid clone freak and you wouldn't be able to tell symptom from new genetic code," Sara lets go and sits down on the couch.
"You aren't a freak" Ava sits on the couch.
"I am, and I'm in need of a nap" Sara wraps herself in the blanket.
