Halloween

Eddie decided they should try pumpkin carving. It was almost Halloween, so why not.

Eddie set up the two pumpkins, carving tools, and two bowls. "What's all this for?" Venom asked. "We're going to try carving pumpkins." "Why?" "It'll be fun! Besides, why not?" "Eh, ok. What do we need to do?"

Eddie then explained it to them. "So first cut the top off and then we scoop out the insides. But save the seeds. We can roast them later." He then cut the tops off so Venom wouldn't mess up. Each one having a spoon, they started scooping out the insides, separating the seeds as best as possible.

"Well that's as good as that's getting." Eddie said as he looked around at the mess they made. "We're definitely going to have to clean after this." "What do we do now?" "Now is the fun part."

Eddie handed them a pencil and got one for himself. "Now you draw whatever you want on the pumpkin. You can carve it after you finish drawing."

They got to work immediately. An hour later they were done.

"Alright. Show yours first." Venom proudly showed his pumpkin. It was a face with a few scratches in it and wasn't very neat. "It's a head before we eat it!" "Oh good job!" "Thanks! Now you!"

"Here it is!" Eddie exclaimed while he turned his pumpkin around. On the pumpkin was a detailed carving of Venom's face. "It's you! Do you like it?"

"Eddie!!" Venom hugged his lover. "Love you too." Eddie said hugging them back.

I thought I would do something for Halloween since it's around the corner. It was kind of based off of this comic I found earlier. I'll post the comic in the next chapter. Thanks for reading!
