Snake Sage: The Son of Orochimaru ( Book 1 of the Snake Sage Series) [On Hold]

Chapter 1: The Beginning

The Leaf Village, also known as Konoha. If not the most substantial village in the Elemental Nations. This place is where some of the strongest shinobi are born, raised, and able to reach incredible power levels.

However, while the village looked like a place where the light was always present, deep inside the peaceful village, a great darkness was hiding, unleashing powers forbidden to control life and death itself.

Right now, running through the dark corridors of a hidden facility, we can see three individuals moving with incredible speed toward a specific location.

These three individuals were Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage of the Hidden Leaf, and the other two were members of his elite shinobi squads, the Anbu Black Op. One is wearing a bird mask and the other a tiger mask.

After a few more seconds, the three of them reached a door located at the end of the corridor, and when they were close enough, the Third Hokage signaled his Anbu to be prepared for battle as he raised his hand, signaling them to strike.

Suddenly the door was blasted open. The two Anbu entered first, taking positions around the entrance just as Hiruzen decided to step inside.

Right there, standing in the middle of the room, we see a man dressed in the standard uniform of a Leaf shinobi. He has long black hair, and based on his arms, he has pale skin.

As Hiruzen looked at the man, the only sound that could be heard in the room was the different metallic instruments cutting through flesh and touching each other. In front of the man, the three-leaf shinobi could see a human figure covered by a white cloth.

"Haha. So I've finally been found out, eh?" The man asked with a soft but yet frightening laugh as he began to turn his slowly head around, revealing his pale face, yellow snake-like eyes, and purple markings above them.

"Oh, such a pity," The man said.

"Orochimaru, Explain yourself! What is the meaning of this?" Hiruzen asked, looking at the pale man now known as Orochimaru.

"And after I set all those booby traps to give me plenty of warnings. I wasn't expecting you to tell the truth. I should have known you could get past anything," Orochimaru said in an amused voice.

"A large number of shinobi have disappeared from the village in the last few months; many were genin, chunin, and even other Anbu Black Ops. Many of them were last seen with you. And you've been acting rather strange lately," The tiger Anbu said.

"You! A superior shinobi, how could you do such a thing?" The bird Anbu asked, only for Orochimaru to laugh at his words.

"Now, I will have to kill you as well," Orochimaru said, shocking the three shinobi.

"So you admit, there it was all your doing, Orochimaru. But why? What exactly are you up to in here?" Hiruzen asked.

"Oh well, if I was discovered, there no need to hide it any longer. I am developing justu," Orochimaru said as he completely turned towards his former teacher.

"And for that, you sacrificed the lives of your fellow shinobi?" The tiger mask anbu asked.

"It's forbidden justu that you're after, isn't it?" Hiruzen asked, as he looked at his former student right in the eye. "Just what is it that you want?" He asked with a serious voice.

"I want everything," Orochimaru said.

"Everything? What exactly?" Hiruzen asked.

"I want to know every jutsu in the world, past, present, and even future. I want to be the first one to mix blue and yellow to form green, well for me, blue is charka, and yellow hand signs, and green are new justu. Just like there are countless shades of colors in the world, there must be an unlimited number of justu that were yet to be discovered," Orochimaru said.
