whenever i'm upset,angry overwhelmed happy sad or honestly any other emotion i find myself jotting down words , phrases and paragraphs to describe how i'm feeling . it helps me to understand the situation and deal with in whatever may i feel right whether it's my own problems with my family or friends or with boys i find that writing bout them helps me deal with them i decided to share as i find it may help many others .
