Killua×reader part 8

Killua's POV
  "Hey Gon! Did you find anything?" I asked as I walked towards Gon, holding (Y/N)'s hand. A girl's hand sure is small.... It feels so soft and fragile...as if it'll break with the slightest force.
  "Ah Killua! Oh (Y/N) here too! Great! Ah the thing is i actually found this passage...." He explained to us in a soft voice what he discovered and when he finished he look at me with a smile
  "I'm glad you are making more friends killua~ it seems your making good friends with (Y/N)!" 
  I looked at him confused.
What do he mean by i made good friends with her? I don't need friends who would drag me down especially when....
I looked behind me and made eye contact with her. Her face turned red the moment our eyes met and she hurriedly turned away. As if tryin to hide her embarrassed face. But she doesn't seem to know that her nape and ears turned red too.
  Ah...
I couldn't think straight and stared at her for really long. I felt Gon leave to continue observing the passage way he found but...i coudn't take my eyes away from her. Without thinking, i reached out my hand, wanting to brush her hair away from her face. She suddenly turned back, which startled me.

"Uhm..killua-kun...ha..hand...You can let go now."

My mind processed that for a few seconds before i realised i was still holding her hands. I let go immediately. 

"Ah sorry. I didn't notice"

I gave a calm reply but i could feel my heart beat was speeding up. And my hand...was already missing the fading warmth from her hand.

"Uhm then about secret passage...when do we go?"

I looked at her. Her face was still a little red, and i could feel that she was nervous.

Is she worried that she won't pass the exam? Why did she want to take this exam. And also...what is this feeling of familiarity that i have when i see her? Why do i feel ccomforted by her presence but feel nervous at the same time?

I opened my mouth but none of those questions came out. But instead reassured her.

"Don't worry. We will pass. I promise."

I said as I ruffled her hair.

Softer and silkier than I imagined. Cute.

Those were my thoughts as we walked towards Gon and jumped into the secret passage way.
