A New Order Awaits! (A Deku Fanfic story)

Prologue

It all started in a city in China. That a news about a luminescent baby, and such abnormality was discovered everywhere since. No one knows why and soon, the abnormal became the new normal, Fiction to Truth, Dreams to Reality. Around 80% of the population has some sort of super power, which they started to call quirks. Now it's a society of superhuman. In this society of chaos, a job that people dream about has found its own place.....

(3rd person POV)

"Mom!" a 4 yrs old kid said, the kid has green curly hair, green colored eyes that always has light and passion in them. The kid was jumping up and down while facing his mother named Inko. "Mom, mom, mom!!Can I get my quirk tested I today. I'm already four years old." said the kid. "Okay, okay Izuku, let's go to the quirk doctor to check out your quirk, get dressed an get ready.", said the mother to her kid, which is named Izuku Midoriya, our main protagonist of the series.

After both Izuku and his mother got ready, they head to their car and go to the quirk doctor to get Izuku's quirk checked. When they get to the quirk doctor, they sat in the lounge area to wait until their names get called, until then there only two people in the lounge which is them and a family. Izuku is on the chair spaced out and mumbling on what quirk he will get and if is it powerful. Then he notices his mother and the mother of the other family is talking. He heard a bit about what his mother and the other person she is talking with. "Yea! Still can't believe that I met you here Rei. So, how's your life?", his mother said. "I'm okay, Enji is a bit busy with hero work, but the kids are happy.", said the woman named Rei pointing to his husband who has a hat covering his face? 'Hmm.. why is he covering his face is he popular or something or is he just shy and doesn't want to interact?', thought Izuku.

Izuku is thinking when suddenly four kids approach him. The three kids look older than him, while the last kid looks like the same age as him. "Umm...h-hey", said Izuku. "Hello! My name's Natsuo Todoroki, nice to meet ya!" said Natsuo, "Hi, my name's Fuyumi Todoroki, nice to meet ya", said the girl named Fuyumi. "Tsk, Hey, my name's Toya Todoroki, nice to meet you brat.", said in an intimidating voice, the oldest out of all of them named Toya (yes he is her since Endeavor here is nice). "Here is our little sister, her name's Shoka Todoroki.", said Natsuo. "Hmph, I can introduce myself.", the girl named Shoka said while pouting.

"Umm... h-hi my name's Izuku Midorya, n-nice to meet ya.", Izuku said still intimidated by Toya's voice. "Hey, wanna play?", Shoka said, "Yeah, sure", Izuku said while smiling. So while the kids are playing, the three adults looked at them and smiled. "Midorya's!!", the quirk doctor said while gesturing them to step inside the room. "Hello kiddo, so how are you?" said the doctor, "I'm okay, I'm also excited in finding out my quirk, because I want to be a the number one hero, like All Might!" said Izuku. "Hm, what a goal you have, now let's check your quirk. I need to take a blood test first to figure out your quirk, Is it okay?", the doctor said. "Yep" said Izuku

When the doctor took Izuku's blood he went to the machine and scanned the blood. "So ma'am while the scanner is checking out little Izuku's quirk I need to tell the family outside first their kid's quirk", the doctor said, while Inko just nodded. So after the family outside heard about their kids quirk, the doctor went back inside and took the result from the scanner. The doctor was shocked on how powerful Izuku's quirk is, it is one of the most powerful quirks he has ever seen if not the most powerful. Inko is concerned on why the doctor looks shocked....Until the doctor spoke.

"So ma'am, there is nothing to worry about your son got a quirk." said the doctor, this sentence made Inko a bit relieved, because she doesn't want his son to be quirkless, cause she knows how quirkless people get treated. "Your son has a very powerful quirk one of the kost powerful quirks I have ever seen if not the most."said the doctor, which made Inko a bit shocked and Izuku excited and hyper. "So his quirk is called "New Order", it allows the user to set a rule onto their surroundings, allowing them to bestow new properties onto themselves and the world around them.", said the doctor. This shocked Inko more on how powerful her son is, he might be even more powerful than All Might when he trains and when he grows up. "His quirk can be activated when he touches something and says the name of the object or person and a rule that he wants to set." This makes Izuku happy that he can be a hero and become the number 1 hero like All might.

When they live the quirk doctor they see the family and Izuku's new friend, because apparently his mom and his friends mom knew each other since they were in school. Both Izuku and his new batch of friends promised that they would promise each other to watch each others back. When Izuku and his mom came home Izuku suggested to his mom they they meet up with his friend Kacchan. So when they go to their house Izuku's friend Bakugou Katsuki's mom opens the door and gestures them to go inside. While His mom and Bakugou's mom named Mitsuki are talking, Mitsuki told him that Bakugou is upstairs.

So when Izuku goes upstairs to Bakugou's room, Bakugou was suprised and happy that his bestfriend was here. So they talked and Bakugou said his quirk. "Hey, Izuku, I just got my quirk checked and mines is Explosion" Bakugou says while emitting sparks from his hands. "So what's yours Izuku?" asked Bakugou. "Wow!That's so cool Kacchan! Well my quirk is called New Order, it apparently makes me set rules around the surrounding and who I touched to have a new set of rules.", said Izuku. "Wow! That also cool" Bakugou said while also having stars in his eyes. So both of them played and played until Izuku's mom told Izuku that they are going home and said goodbye to his bestfriend Kacchan.

When they get home Izuku and his mother ate Izuku's favorite food which is Katsudon and celebrated for getting a quirk. After that they slept.

Woo.. 1199 words, now that's a lot, well for me but hey atleast I finished my first tab for this story but this may have a slow update, due to having online classes but don't worry I won't be discontinuing any of my stories when I make more so have a great time reading more of these.
