Timeskip 10 yrs
We see a 14 yrs old green haired teen with a girl the same age as him with a split color of hair in the middle which is red and white, running for school. When he sees his bestfriend Katsuki Bakugou or as he liked to call him Kacchan, is his childhood bestfriend and rival. "Oy, Dekiru! Hurry up we're gonna be late for the last day of middle school. You too Icyhot!", said Bakugou. "Yeah, yeah we're coming " Izuku said.
Timeskip to when they are in the classroom
"Hey class so today is your last day of middle school, so we are gonna hand out some career sheets today.", the teacher said to his class. The class consists of "Aww", "Boooo!", "Boriingg", except for Izuku, Shoka, and Bakugou. "Just kidding, We know you all want to be heroes!", said the teacher. "Oi teach! Don't lump me in with these D-class listers, they'll be lucky to atleast be sidekicks!", Bakugou said. The class then explodes full of people saying "Booo!", "You're not that good either Bakugou!", and "Shut up Bakugou". "Bakugou~ sit down or else, I'll use my quirk on you~." , Izuku said.

Bakugou suddenly tensed up and immediately sat down knowing what will happen if he didn't listen to Izuku's warning to him. "Y-yeah, yeah I-Im gonna sit down" Bakugou said. "Thank you, Izuku, now as I said you all want to be heroes and I found that three of you are gonna go to UA highschool." the teacher said, "UA?! But UA has a 5% of passing!" the class exclaimed. "Now, now be quiet. So those three that are going to UA is Katsuki Bakugou, you have good grades and a wonderful quirk, you can definitely pass UA. Next is Shoka Todoroki, which is already recommended by Endeavor (by this time they already know that Shoka is the daughter of Endeavor) and last is Izuku Midoriya, you have the highest grade in class and you also have a wonderful quirk.", the teacher said.
After that the class ends and Shoka splits from Bakugou and Izuku because Shoka's home is far away from their neighborhood. Bakugou and Izuku also split up because Bakugou has to go grocery shopping due to his mother telling him to. When suddenly while walking home Izuku hears something explode and becomes curious to what is happening there, so he runs where the explosion occured and what saw him shocked him.
(Izuku's POV)
After I heard the explosion I ran there and what I saw shocked me. It was Kacchan being held hostage by a sludge villain. When I saw Kacchan struggling I knew what I had to do, I had to fulfill my promise and always protect his back, that is what we promised together as kids so I ran towards the sludge villain ignoring the shouts and warnings of the heroes present. "When I touch the sludge it will deal a lot of damage to him", I said while touching the sludge villain and then punching him with all my might making him splat everywhere. I then took Kacchan to the heroes, I saw the heroes look dumbstruck and amazed that a 14 yrs old boy took care of a villain they can't even defeat.
When suddenly they looked at me and scolded me for being stupid and rushing into battle when heroes could've handeled me, while Kacchan was being praised for being brave. I saw Kacchan's expression and he looked angry for people scolding me instead of praising me for saving him. After that all I am going to home, until....
(3rd person POV)
While Izuku are walking until All might suddenly suprises them, Izuku is shocked that All might is standing across him. "HAHAHAH, I AM HERE!" All might said to them. "All Might?!!", Izuku said to the person standing across him. "YES IT IS I ALL MIGHT, I AM HERE TO CONGRATULATE YOU FOR BEING BRAVE ." , "U-umm...Thank y-you, All might, can I please get your autograph?", Izuku asked. All might signed his notebook and said "SO I AM HERE TO ASK SOMETHING ABOUT YOU umm...", "Midoriya, Izuku Midoriya", Izuku said to All might. "MIDORIYA-SHONEN, I HAVE COME TO ASK YOU ABOUT SOMETHING" All Might said something. "Hmm? What is it All might." Izuku said.
(After All Might saying and explaining One for All to Izuku and asking him if he can become the succesor of All might after seeing his passion and determination in his eyes.)
(Izuku's POV)
"W-wha-, ..........I'm sorry All might but I can't accept that, I am not bragging but I already have a powerful quirk and I want to use my own power to become a hero." I said while bowing. "MHM, IT'S OKAY MIDORIYA-SHONEN, I CAN SEE THE PASSION AND DETERMINATION IN YOUR EYES THAT YOU WANT TO BECOME THE NUMBER 1 HERO WITH YOUR OWN POWER, SO IT'S OKAY!" All might said while making a thumbs up. "Well~ I have a suggestion on who will agree on your proposal and it's my childhood friend and rival, his name is Katsuki Bakugou.", "HMM~ OKAY MIDORYA-SHONEN TALK ABOUT IT WITH YOU FRIEND AND THEN YOU BOTH MEET ME TOMORROW AT 7:00 IN THE MORNING AT THE TAKOBA MUNICIPAL BEACH!", All might said to me. "Okay All might I'm gonna talk to Kacchan about this and meet at the beach. Bye All might!", I said while going back to his house.
When I walked in the house, my mom suddenly hugged me, "Izuku! Are you okay, Are you hurt, Why did you do that?" my mom said. "Mom, I'm okay, I'm fine I just saved Kacchan from a hostage situation.". "Okay, I'm proud of you that you have grown up and became strong, It's just that you should be careful even if you have a powerful quirk you should still be cautious", mom said to me.
After eating I showered and told Kacchan to meet 7:00 at the Takoba Municipal beach tomorrow, he complied. After that I went to bed and slept early to prepare the training tomorrow with All might.
