Dani's pov:

After walking into the examination hall, i swallow as i sit in my seat. Umbridge begins her speech as she tells us all the ways that we can get a T in our OWLS. I roll my eyes as i look down at the paper in front of me.

I start to panic as i look at all the spells and wand movements that we have not covered.

Looking besides me, i see Blaise as i give him a panicked look.

He mouths that i'll be fine as he smiles at me, reassuringly.

I nod as i look to the other side of me and i see Draco sitting a desk away.

"You may start" Umbridge says and that what gets my attention as i start scribbling down the answer to the few questions that i know the answer to.

30 minutes into the exam, i don't know what else to write. I look in front of me and i see Granger still scribbling down answers at an intense speed.

My brain starts to tell me that I've done all of my questions wrong, when suddenly a booming noise comes from behind the doors of the great hall.

I glance at Blaise and he shrugs, the same confused expression on his face as me.

Umbridge sighs as she walks down the isle of students taking the exam and opens the doors to reveal a lone firework fizzing.

I smile as i look at Blaise again

"Weasleys" I whisper as he does the same.

She stands out side the room for a minutes before George and Fred come whizzing in, over our heads, on their brooms. Our papers go flying in the air as they set off more fireworks and i smile as i look over at Draco, but then my smile drops.

My Dads going to kill them.

After rushing out the hall, i follow Draco as he stomps off in a huff.

Blaise and i look at each other, worried, as we follow after him.

We stand in Umbridge's office, quicker then i would have liked, and i see Harry, Hermione and Ron being held at wand point by Umbridge herself.

"What is going on?" I ask as Umbridge shoves Hermione into my arms to hold. She doesn't answer my question as we get pushed further into the room. Hermione begins to struggle against my hold and i roll my eyes as i see Blaise with Ron and Harry being pushed into a chair.

"Listen, Hermione..." I say in whisper and she stops struggling for a moment "I don't know what's going on, but you need to think of a way to get you three out of here" I tell her "I passed Snape on the way here, he was looking through his potions cupboard for Merlin knows what... it cant be good" I say.

She stays ridged and silent for a second before she nods just as more Gryffindor's get pushed into the room.

"You were going to Dumbledore weren't you?" Umbridge says as she stands over Harry, tied to a chair.

"No-" He goes to protest, but she slaps him and i have to bit my lip to stop from gasping as Blaise looks at me.

"Ah, Snape, the time has come for answers, whether he'll give them too me or not" Umbridge says as Snape walks into the room.

"Unless you wish to poison him, i can not help you. You used up the last of the veritaserum interrogating students" Snape points out as he leaves.

"As this is a matter of ministry importance, you leave me with no alternative... the cruciatus curse auto loosen your tongue" Umbridge says.

"But that's illegal!" Hermione says

I look over at Draco as we both have the same look on our faces. We're both remembering the amount of times our Dad used that curse on us to 'toughen us up'.

She opens her mouth to fire the curse at him when i cant hold my silence any longer as Hermione starts to struggle.

"Hermione tell her!" I shout as everyone looks at me, shocked

"Tell me what?" Umbridge asks as i swallow, knowing that Draco is glaring daggers into my side.

"Hermione... she told me about a weapon hidden somewhere in the forest, she told me not to tell anyone, but i'm not letting you use that curse on him...trust me its not fun when you have it used on you" I say

I get a few questioning glances before Umbridge smiles.

"Weapon?" She questions as Hermione says

"Dumbledore's secret weapon" She says, catching on as Umbridge's face lights up.
