After the last matchups from the last chapter the four participants that made it to the semi finals were about to fight in 2 on 2 battles. The first match between Y/n and an extra was about to end.
Y/n:Munch use body slam!
With one final attack Munch takes out the opposing Mr mime and this allows Y/n to move onto the final match. He is leaving the battlefield when he sees his friend Chloe.
Y/n:Hey there Chloe.
Chloe:Oh hi Y/n.
He notices that she looks very nervous.
Y/n:Hey calm down, just try your best and I am sure that you will be able to beat Yeardly.
Chloe:Thanks Y/n.
Out of instincts she hugs him and the walks over to the battlefield for her match against Yeardly. Y/n is just standing there blushing as he makes his way to the stands.
Ref:This will be a 2 on 2 battle with unlimited substitutions for both sides. Now may both trainers send out their pokemon.
Yeardly:Let's start of strong. Kabuto I choose you!
Chloe:Nidoran I choose you.
Both trainers send out their pokemon and the battle begin!
Yeardly:Use aqua jet!
Chloe:Stand there and wait!
Kabuto covers himself in water as he projects himself towards Nidoran as she stands their. The attack connects and as Kabuto backs away from the posion pin pokemon, poison spores are seen coming off him. This was due to Nidoran's poison point ability because Y/n helped trained them to make sure Chloe could 100% activate the ability.
Chloe:Use venoshock!
Nidoran shoots a beam of poison to Kabuto which deals double damage.
Yeardly:Use rock throw!
Kabuto summons a multitude of rocks to his side as he throws them to Nidoran.
Chloe:Use double kick!
Nidoran begins to deflect the rocks back at Kabuto which in turn allows her to attack Kabuto from a distance. Kabuto them takes damage from poison.
Yeardly(thought):It looks like I have to make this a close range battle. But they can use Double kick though)
Yeardly:Get in close and use absorb!
Chloe:Use this to charge up venoshock!
As Nidoran prepares to attack using a venoshock Kabuto uses his speed to rush towards Nidorin and shoots a green beam at her which cause his to take in some health. However, Nidoran fires a venoshock which is just enough to send Kabuto flying in the air.
Yeardly:Use the momentum and use rock slide!
Kabuto them summons large rocks which fly towards Nidoran. The rocks are too big and too fast for her to deflect so she is hit. Both pokemon are looking tired on the ground as both trainers know that the next attack will end it.
Yeardly/Chloe:Use Aqua jet/Double kick!
The two pokemin rush towards each other as Kabuto charges in and connected with an aqua jet as Nidoran catches them with her feet and is trying to push Kabuto back. In a moment of desperation Nidoran begins to glow.
There stands Nidorina as the bigger and stronger pokemon kicks Kabuto hurtling towards the wall unconscious.
Ref:Kabuto is unable to battle. Yeardly send out your last pokemon.
Yeardly:OK Larvitar I choose you!
Yeardly's Larvitar is sent out as Nidorina then charges in with a double kick. Larvitar prepares for the attack as he is able to tank the super effective attack.
Yeardly:Use rock tomb to push her away!
Larvitar sends large rocks towards Nidorina as the poison pin pokemon is sent to Chloe unconscious. The battle as a nidorina against Kabuto weakened her enough for Larvitar to get the final knockout.
Ref:Nidorina is unable to battle. Chloe please send out your final pokemon.
Chloe:Yamper I choose you!
The battle between Yamper and Larvitar starts.
