The first day of school has arrived, and by today, I officially am a second year high school student.
I'm someone people sees as a genius, and I take great interest in alchemy and likes and even loves to draw during my free time, you could call it a hobby.
I have a childhood friend, her name is Sucrose, and I suppose, my own name is Albedo, if any of you are wondering.
Usually, I walk through the hallways of the school after a quick meet up with Sucrose, but I have a feeling that this time will be different than my usual days.
And here I was right, I stepped back from the impact of bumping into somebody, all because I wasn't fast enough to dodge.
"I'm sorry I wasn't looking whe–" words about to come out of my mouth where cut off as the girl hurriedly apologized.
"Apologies, I was quite in a hurry-"
I offered my hand to help her as I was saying my apologies and hers too, silence filled the hallways as she stayed still looking at me seeming to be shocked.
Also, her face seems even pinkish than usual... Is there something on my face. Though I had to admit, she looks almost as cute as Sucrose, better yet, she is cuter than Sucrose herself.
She would make a good model, I would love to draw her when I get my hands on a pencil and my drawing book.
Thoughts running free through Albedo's head were cut off as the girl in front said something he never expected.
"Why are you so handsome?!"
"W-what?...!" it came so suddenly that I couldn't help myself but let out a quiet stutter, both in shock and in surprise.
My face felt hot and I resisted the urge to say anything else that might further embarrass me, instead choosing to clear my throat and averting my eyes away.
"Uh.. I'M SORRYYY!"
The girl apologized once more before speeding past Albedo who turned to look back at her running figure and had a flashback of her flushed face.
"Hmm... I ought to draw this memory." he muttered to himself before he changed directions and headed over to grab his materials and to start sketching the unforgettable face of the cute girl he bumped into.
