Chapter Four

"Miss (y/l/n)! Its time for your medicine." I wake up to nurse Ratched's cold tone. Last night I haven't really sleept. My mind was full of so many toughts. I think I sleept only 3 hours and I'm not feeling so good but I must go take my medicine.

In the day room I go next to Peter who was waiting in the line. As nurse Ratched gives me my pills I give her a smile wich she ignores. She doesn't even looks at me. I feel a little sad about that, so I just go sit on the couch.

About half an hour of just staring at the table I see nurse Bucket coming in my direction. "Good morning!" she says full of enthusiasm. "Umm.. Good morning." I answer back a little confused because she seemed really happy. "I am so excited to announce you that Dr. Hanover has found a treatment for people with the same disease as yours. Today you're going to be the first patient in this hospital who's going to try the hydrotherapy!" she continues. I start to feel a little scared so I ask her " If you don't mind me asking... What exactly it's going to happen?" " Oh you don't have to worry, miss (y/l/n). You'll see what's going to happen.. But for now you have to go change with this." she answers as she gives me something to dress up with. I just go in my room and change with the clothes.

When the door opens i look up and see nurse Ratched. "Miss (y/l/n) it's time for your treatment." she says not even bothering to look into my eyes. I sit in the wheelchair and she starts to push it. As we enter the room where we were supposed to be I see two bathtubs right in the middle of it. Nurse Bucket and Huck were waiting for us.

"Finally! Miss (y/l/n), you're going to spend 20 minutes in this warm bath. So please get up from your chair and climb into the tub." nurse Bucket says. Huck helped me to climb into the bathtub. As I sit down I could feel the plesant temperature of the water all over my body. "Lesbianism is a really bad disease but thankfully the hydrotherapy will help you get rid of it. Huck, secure the lids!" As Huck closes one lid, nurse Ratched closes the ohter one.

"Now we just need to bring the tempeeature up to 119 degrees." Bucket continues while going to set the temperature. I was in shock.

"119 DEGREES?!" nurse Ratched exclaimed in disbelief. The other nurse decided to ignore her.

My breath started to get faster and faster. I let out a big scream as I felt the boiling water starting to burn my skin. "Please let me out! Its too hot. Please. I won't ever think sinful toughts. Just- please get me out of here!" I whined desperately.

"See? It's aleardy working." Nurse Bucket exclaims happily.

"I can't breathe- please!" I say.

"We have to get her out of this" nurse Ratched says while trying to open the lids.

"Don't touch it!"

"I am not watching you boil this woman!" Ratched yelled full of anger.

"Then go wait outside!" the other woman yelled back. Eventually, nurse Ratched gave in and stepped back.

After a few minutes I could feel my eyes starting to close and suddently everything went black. I woke up at the feeling of the cold hands of Huck and Ratched's on my arms, trying to pull me out of the tub.

"We need to cool her." the young nurse says. "That's what the other bath is for." Bucket answers while opening the lids of the second bathtub. I take a look and see it was full of ice. "N-no please- don't-" I try to scream but my voice wasn't strong enough.

After a few exchanging looks between Ratched and Huck.. I was put in the tub. When the cold water made contact with my skin my breath started to get faster and faster again. I tried to control it but it was really hard. I look at nurse Ratched and she seems a little worried too. "Its going to be alright! I promise. Only 2 more minutes." the nurse whispers. I try to nod but fail.

I could aleardy feel I'm going to faint again...
