Halloween

Piper and Tony had been hanging out for a few months now. Every morning Tony would pick Piper up on his way to the studio and then give her a ride home after a long day of recording. Piper had stayed at Tony's a few times, but both of them enjoyed staying at Piper's as it was closer to stuff in the city. Piper liked when Tony stayed with her, she didn't know why, but it just made her feel a type of safe that she had never felt before. People at the record company had been speculating if the two were dating, but they never came out and said they were, even though both of them knew that they were.

*Flashback April 2018* 

"Hey Piper" "Hey," Piper said as she walked into the studio. "So the record label has an idea that they want Piper and MKTO to record a duet," Dan said. "How would that work with the two of us?" Malcolm asked. "You guys will work to sing the guys' part." Malcolm didn't like this idea, but he knew that doing a song with Piper would mean everything to Tony. As Tony and Piper's best friends, Malcolm and his girlfriend Sarah knew that the two were dating. "So what's the song?" "Well the label wants you guys to pick a song, they have made a list of songs that other artists have approved for you guys to sing." The three of them looked at the list, as they were going through it, Piper saw a song that she had been dying to cover. "What about this one?!" Piper asked as she pointed to Dierks Bentley's "Different for girls" the guys could see the excitement for this song on Piper's face, so they both agreed that that was the song. Once the song was decided the group headed into the booth to start recording.

She don't throw any t-shirt on and walk to a bar

She don't text her friends and say, I gotta get laid tonight

She don't scroll through her phone just looking for a Band-Aid

She won't call just to cuss from a wall, she can punch
