happier than ever

slight smut!

I woke once again to the sun in my eyes and Delia's arms wrapped around me, hugging me in her slumber. I kissed her head and didn't move as not to wake her up. I laid there listening to her breathing, she breathed slowly and carefully. Seeing her sleeping peacefully was the best thing I have ever seen, I felt calm and content. Cordelia fluttered her eyes open slowly and squinted when the sun blinded her. "Good morning baby, sleep well?" I spoke softly, trying not to overwhelm her after having just woke up. "Mmm good morning sweetie, yeah I slept great. Your heartbeat was surprisingly relaxing." She laughed quietly and stretched her arms. I chuckled too and we kissed for a moment. I went to get out of bed but Cordelia's grip on my arm restrained me from standing. "Oh nooo please don't go yet, five more minutes?" She whined and pulled the covers over us both while wrapping her arms around me, keeping me in place. I smiled and obliged, we cuddled for ten minutes before I eventually went to room to get changed yet again.

I finished getting ready and went down to breakfast. I instantly looked at Miss Goode and so did she. We kept solid eye contact the entire time I went around the table and sat down. I tried to eat my food but couldn't stop thinking about the night before and I kept getting distracted looking into Cordelia's eyes. I giggled quietly and inhaled slowly, looking down at my breakfast. "What's so funny?" Zoe said in her mellow voice. I looked down and shook my head. "Oh nothing, just thinking about something someone said." Of course I was thinking about my amazing night with Delia. Cordelia obviously knew what I meant and blushed heavily while eating her meal.

After breakfast, I was sat in the living room with the girls and I felt really bored so I went to see Miss Goode in her greenhouse. I knocked on the wall of the entrance and leaned on it, crossing my arms. "Knock knock, only me." Cordelia moved her attention from a beautiful yellow plant to me. "Hi baby, what's up?" I walked to her and kissed her cheek before sitting on her lap. "I'm bored so do you wanna go to see Misty in her swamp?" I bit my lip, hoping she would say yes and clutching her arm. "Hmm? Ok sure, I'll have to let the girls know because we will probably miss lunch." I smiled widely, excited to see my dearest friend, Misty. "Oh my god yes! Thank you so much, we are going to have the best day ever!" I got up and danced around like a child that had eaten too much sugar. Delia laughed at my stupidity and put her hands on my waist before kissing me. "Awhh baby you are the cutest!" She spoke and pouted her lips at me. I pecked her lips and we walked to the main room to tell the girls that we would be out for a while.

The two men, who had drove me to the academy, drove me and Delia to Misty's swamp and dropped us off. "You can go back to the academy boys, I'll call you when we need you." Cordelia spoke with a formal voice and they just nodded in return. They pulled away and we began to walk to Misty's shack. Walking through the swamp was magical and I enjoyed feeling so connected to nature. Me and Delia were holding hands while we walked, knowing Misty knew about us so we weren't afraid of her seeing us. We eventually made it to a small hut and my eyes widened because of how adorable and perfect it was. "Oh wow, it's gorgeous!" I spoke while looking at the cabin in amazement. "Yes well Misty keeps it nice all the time and she has made a real home with it." Delia spoke and kissed my cheek. We noticed Misty in the garden, watering plants. Misty noticed us walking towards her and smiled, she seemed to be really happy to have guests. We ran over and all three of us hugged, feeling happier than ever.

We spent hours talking, laughing and listening to Stevie, of course. "Oh god, it's one already. Do you guys wanna go out to get lunch?" Delia spoke, still laughing about what we were just talking about. I was wheezing on the floor, not being able to answer her question. "Hahah ye- yeah sure." Misty spoke, struggling to get her words out from also laughing. Cordelia took out her phone and put the phone to her ear. "Hi yes, can you please pick us up." Delia talked and me and Misty laughed together, trying not to make any noise while Cordelia was on the phone. The same men in suits soon came and took us to an Italian restaurant, at Miss Goode's request. We sat at our table and ordered. Me and Delia shared a fourteen inch pepperoni pizza and Misty got a vegetarian pizza, we talked and waited for our food. Our food got here and we ate instantly, clearly very hungry and we didn't care if we looked greedy. There was only one slice left so me and Delia playfully argued about who should get it. She playfully shoved the pizza in my mouth and I laughed, trying not to choke. After we were done, I noticed Misty looking at us with a cheeky grin and her head in her hand. "Umm what are you grinning at?" I said, chuckling. "Nothing it's just...Why are you guys not dating yet?!" She said loudly, with a confused smile. I looked at Delia and she looked at me. "I'm not sure." I spoke slowly, almost asking her. Delia smiled at me and kissed my hand. "Well- you know what fuck it, (y/n) wanna be my girlfriend?" My eyes widened and I hugged her aggressively. "Yes yes, omg yes of course I'll be your girlfriend!" We shared a loving kiss and spent the afternoon celebrating with Misty.

We had dropped Misty off at her swamp and went back to the Coven. We heard the girls talking and laughing in the living area, we snuck past and went to the greenhouse. As soon as I walked to the table, I turned around and gasped as Delia kissed me passionately. She pushed me back against the table and lifted me onto it, grabbing my butt at the same time. She stopped kissing me and we breathed heavily. She started kissing my neck, sucking and biting under my jawline. I moaned and this made Delia kiss harder. She pulled away, gasped and covered her mouth with her hand. She snickered and looked at me. I looked and saw a big, dark purple hickey on my upper neck. "Oh shit, how am I suppose to cover that?" I asked and laughed at the same time while jumping off the table and wrapping my arms around Cordelia. "Maybe you don't have to." She looked slightly worried and bit her lip. I quickly understood what she meant and looked deeply into her chocolate brown eyes. "I would love that." I kissed her deeply and we went to dinner.

We sat at the table and began eating our meals, I was nervous to tell the girls in case they didn't approve of our relationship. "Uhhh is that a hickey?" Queenie asked with a grin. "Ooo who's the lucky guy?" Zoe asked while looking at me. "Uhh, girl actually." I swallowed hard, anxious about what they would say. "Oh god I'm so sorry, I didn't think ,shit." Zoe turned red with embarrassment. "Oh no it's fine Zoe." I squeezed Delia's hand under the table. Out of nowhere, Cordelia lifted our linked hands and placed them on the table. Everyone realised straight away and there was an awkward silence. "Omg I'm so happy for you guys!!" Zoe spoke enthusiastically. "Yeah you guys, that's really great. You make a lovely couple." Queenie smiled at us. Me and Delia looked at each other and smiled before looking at the girls. "Thank you so much guys, it means a lot." I squeezed her hand and she squeezed back. "Uhh finally, I don't have to keep lying to protect you guys." Nan spoke, sounding annoyed but smiling at the same time. "Oh my- so that's what you were talking about?" Zoe suddenly realised what Nan meant.

We finished eating and went to our rooms. At this point, me and Cordelia couldn't sleep alone so I put my pj's on and went into Delia's room. I closed the door behind me and Cordelia rushed over and kissed me which took me by surprise. The kiss ended after a few seconds and we caught our breaths. "Well hello to you too." I chuckled and looked into her eyes. She laughed as well and we walked to the bed and climbed in, getting comfy. We cuddled under the covers and I relaxed, knowing I was safe in her arms. "Hey baby, do you think I can move into your room. I don't ever want to sleep on my own." She responded slowly. "Of course baby, that would make me so happy." She kissed my forehead but I was too tired to answer in my usual child-like manner. Not long after Delia turned the lights out, we fell asleep.
