Angel Moore stood by her opened locker as she studied her notes for her upcoming test next class, her surroundings unnoticed as someone crept up behind her and grabbed her waist causing her to yelp.

The person laughed and walked into her eye view, she glared once she saw who it was.

"You asshole!" She hissed and closed her book, placing it into her locker before closing it.

"Don't you need that book for next class?" The boy raised a brow as Angel paused her movements before opening her locker and grabbing her book back out.

"What was your reason on scaring me half to death?" Angel asked her best friend while leaning against the lockers.

"I was wondering if you've seen River yet?" He asked crossing his arms.

The girl shrugged her shoulders. "No clue," The brown haired boy groaned throwing his head back. Angel giggled. "Jaden, did you check to see if he's in the film class? You know he never leaves that room."

The Asian boy rolled his eyes and sighed. "Of course I did, that was the first placed I checked!"

"Then I don't know what to tell ya," Angel shrugged again and stood up straight as the bell rang for next class. "Maybe he already went to class, ya know to finally do good for his last year in high school."

Jaden scoffed and pulled at his book strap. "I doubt it." He turned his head and spotted a familiar blond in the crowd. "Oh, there he is, I'll see you later Jelly." He said quickly before speed walking over to River, their other best friend, and smacked his arm.

Angel watched the scene from a far and giggled before walking to her first class of her senior year.

"How'd you think you did on the test?" Angela asked her twin as they walked out of AP US Government.

"I hope well, I studied my ass off this summer for that test," Angel whined. Angela laughed as the two girls stopped by Angel's locker. While Angel opened her locker to put her books in there, Angela scanned the hallway to spot for their two best friends but instead found a certain boy who peaked her twin's interest.

"Hey, I spy your lover boy with his best friend," Angela nudged Angel causing her to playfully glare at the older one before turning to see what she meant.

Shawn Hunter. The guy she's been pining over since last year when they first moved to Philadelphia. She knew the status about him, he's a player who pretty much dated every girl at this school. Angel never saw him as a player though, as she watched him (in a known creepy way) with his best friend Cory Matthews and saw how caring he was towards him and would do anything for him. That's what truly had her attention when it came to him, she just never act upon it.

Angel snapped out of it and rolled her eyes before turning back around to close her locker. "He's not my lover boy, and would you stop looking over there." Angela laughed and turned to her twin sister.

"Oh yeah, like I totally believe that crap. You've been pining over that boy for a year now."

"Pining over who?" Jaden asked as he and River walked over to the two girls.

"Noone/Shawn." The twins replied, Angel glaring at Angela before shaking her head at their best friends. "No one." She repeated.

"Oh come one, Angie just ask the boy out. You have the confidence for everything else but not to him?"
