Unog's POV
"I have two words to say to you Gradiff, Fuck Off!"
The royal visor looked at me astounded, this was my 6th one this month. It's not that the other visors weren't fit, I simply got hungry is all. You may think badly of me and well...you should.
Unlike the other demons I have a rather refined palate, I prefer to eat fellow monsters. They say this makes me unfit to rule and that I need to treat my subjects with more respect. I say, fuck that! I miss the old days where kings could do whatever they wanted. No thanks to the humans, rules were tight and the citizens have more rights. If I don't find a bride soon, I will be off the throne and we can't be having that.

Current World
Demons and humans live in peace amongst themselves. The world is divided in two as to ensure the safety of both demons and humans. The human side is how we know it but the demon side is run by massive meat eating creatures and the king, Unog. Unog has been in rule for 1000 years and inherited the throne from his mother, more backstory will be explained in the book.
In this world everyone also has a soulmate that they usually find around the age of 16, you however weren't so lucky.
