It was indeed Jeongguk. Jimin became as stiff as a stick . "Oh h-hey Jeongguk, when did you come here ?" Jimin asked . The taller took a step closer. "Why ? Are you afraid that I might have seen something I shouldn't have ?" He raised an eyebrow. He might seem calm but the look in his eyes was a dead giveaway of his jealousy.
Jimin felt a lump forming in his throat from nervousness. But he himself couldn't tell why he was nervous. Shallowing his saliva, he said, "Huh ? What do you mean ?"
"Stop playing innocent now Jimin, I've seen and heard what my brother did" said Jeongguk taking long steps towards the shorter.
"W-what ?" Jimin was shocked . He squeaked as Jeongguk grabbed him by the side of his arms and pulled him closer to his body . Jimin's hands automatically found their way to the other's chest to make a barrier between the two of them.
"I don't know what has happened to me after I met you but you're always in my mind Jimin. And the thought of my brother taking you away just doesn't sit well with me. I'm gonna be clear" he paused for a minute. Then said , "Jimin, you have to choose one of us . It'll be either him or me. It's completely up to you but you have to choose one"
Jimin didn't know what to say. All this felt surreal . The close proximity and Jeongguk's cologne was making him dizzy. He was still processing the things Jeongguk said . When the taller asked out of the blue, "Can I....kiss you ?"
Jimin's eyebrows shoot up and mouth fell open . Jeongguk chuckled as he closed Jimin's mouth . "I won't kiss you until you give me permission, sweetheart" he said, voice deeper than the depth of pacific ocean .
Jimin didn't know if it was right or wrong, his knees felt weak as he nodded his head not trusting his voice . Smiling sweetly, Jeongguk leaned in..
