(Riya is in her cabin, going through some patient's file, when the phone in the cabin rings. She picks up the call, still busy in her file.)

Receptionist- Mam Mrs Neyonika Malhotra and Ms Mukti Malhotra are here to meet you. They say that it's a personal visit.
