Start Of A New Beginning

Departure.

A/N: oh boy oh boy oh boy!! it's been 3 years since i've started the one temptation series and it's been one of my favorites i've written along with that i'm back and i'll be continuing this and some other things🙂‍↕️

Toni's POV
I look over at the clock on the nightstand reading it said 6:15 AM; with that I rolled over and cuddled into Charlotte for a little longer as she slept peacefully. We fly back to California tonight so the girls and I have things planned for today since Sasha says she wants to give us a "proper" departure honestly I have no idea what that means but nonetheless I'm excited. I felt my eyes grow heavy as I practically melted into Char's skin and next thing I knew I was out like a light.

Sasha's POV
"Good morning Mrs. Ripley.." I hear in a soft tone as I felt kisses being planted onto my neck and jaw. "Good morning baby." I responded while smiling slightly, "Oh there's that pretty smile" Rhea said as she pulled me in close and began showering my face in kisses. "What's got you in a good mood?" I asked as I giggled from the amount of kisses I received. "No reason.." Rhea responded as she continued to happily kiss me all over. "Oh there's definitely a reason." I say whilst bringing myself atop of her and placing my hand on her chest. She wrapped her arms around my waist and smiled at me like she was up to something, "What are you thinking?" I ask with a small smirk across my face and before I knew it she bit my neck lustfully and slipped a few fingers in.

Time skip

Charlotte's POV

I made my way downstairs to the living room to find Sasha and Toni in the kitchen up to something, while Rhea chased Avery to get her shoes on. "Hey Char!" Sasha called out while looking through the fridge for something, "How'd you know it was me?" I questioned and she shrugged before placing the milk on the counter. "You're the only one who wasn't down here plus you have big feet so..it's really not that hard to sense you coming." She said with a smile plastered across her face.

"Oh screw you, and you." I say now pointing at Rhea. "What'd I do? I'm just a bystander" She pleaded however still confused why she was brought up. "You're letting the adult children cook, you must not love your life." I say looking at the three of them in playful disgust. "Hey! I'll have you know I make the best dino nuggies in the world!" Toni chimed in. "Dude they come basically cooked in the pack all you do is air fry them for 10 minutes..you aren't doing much.." Sasha said which caused Toni to groan. "Whose side are you on woman?!" She cried out as she cut her sandwich in half. "Obviously mine we all know I'm conceited." Sasha said with a shrug as she finished making smoothies.

"Drink up!" Sasha said as she poured the smoothies into four different glasses. "What's in this?" I questioned not wanting to take any chances and Sasha just rolled her eyes. "A little bit of this and a slap of that." She retorted taking a sip.

Sasha's POV
Honestly I hate when Charlotte starts asking me questions like don't worry just drink. "Berries, some ginger, kale and a sweetener." I tell her as I watched Toni and Rhea drink the smoothie with no complaints. "Anyways we're gonna drop Avery off at a friends, the four of us are going for brunch and we have a good rest of the day planned.." I said with a small smirk as I finish off my smoothie and grab my keys off the counter.

"Let's go ladies!" I said happily walking towards the door ready to get today started; trust me when I say tonight is gonna be one for the books.

Narrator POV
Sasha and her crew headed out the door and piled into the car. Sasha sat in the driver seat as Rhea accompanied her in the front taking the passenger seat leaving Toni, Charlotte and Avery in the back. Sasha had turned on the radio as she began backing out the driveway making her way to her friends where she'd be leaving Avery for the rest of the day.

It wasn't much of a drive, only taking them 10 minutes to get there; once they arrived Sasha parked in the street, leaving her 4 way blinkers on before heading out the car with Avery and her bag. She knocked on the door waiting for her friend to get the door which after a few minutes she did. "Hey! How are you? It's nice to see you!" Nattie said with a smile as she opened the door embracing Sasha in a hug. "I've been good, and it's good to see you too!" She said returning the hug before pulling away to continue speaking; "Thank you so much for watching Avery for me, specially on short notice, I appreciate it" Sasha said with a soft smile. "No problem Sash, anytime. Now who wants to go and bake some cookies?" Nattie asked as she looked at Avery holding a hand out.

Avery hugged Sasha before taking Nattie's hand waving goodbye to her mom and her other mom and aunts who remained in the car as she was lead into the home; Meanwhile Sasha's return to the car heading to the brunch place as it was now 10:45. "Alright so I have a surprise after brunch..but no one gets mad at me..AND you can't say no because you already consented by coming outside with me and getting into my car.." She said with a small smirk.
