The Nightmare

Chapter 7: Riley Gets Hurt

Gohan was watching as the monster Cell smashed his dad into the wall of rock behind the older saiyan. After Cell smashed Goku into the wall of rock the monster kicked Piccolo and Yamcha in the stomach sending them off the cliff.  "Who is going the save you know" Cell said at that point Trunks jumps in front of Vegeta "Krillin..Tien get as far away as possible..I'll take Cell." Krillin and Tien does as he says Goku opens his eyes after being smashed into the rock he gets out of the wall of rock only to see the green monster beating up the boy from the future.  After mere seconds Trunks was thrown right off the cliff with the rest of the Z fighters. Cell was slowly making his way over to the saiyan prince who was guarded by Krillin and Tien but now was all alone.  Riley watched as the monster made its way to the prince "Don't touch him Cell!" warned the girl "What if I do?..there's nothing you could do to sto-." Before Cell could finish his sentence Riley punched him as hard as she could in the jaw sending him up into the sky. Where Gohan kick him in the back causing Cell to crash into the earth below.
Riley runs over to her dad while Gohan checks on Vegeta "Dad are you okay?" She asks "...C-Cell really did a number on me." All of a sudden the ground started to shake Cell burst out of the rumble with a few bruises covering his body. "THAT'S IT I WILL NOT BE BEATEN BY TOO LITTLE SAIYANS....TIME TO SAY GOODBYE TO..." (Cell suddenly look over to Vegeta and Gohan) ...YOUR BROTHER AND VEGETA!" The green monster flies to the battle field then faces the cliff then starts his attack KA....he cups his hands together.... ME.....HA...he builds up power ....ME .... Aimes at his target....HAAAA!!!......he let's the bright powerful blast fire. Riley only has seconds to react she quickly runs from her father's side over to her brother's. He's frozen to his spot with all of her strength she pushes Gohan out of the way with just enough time to get in front the blast before it hit Vegeta. Gohan and Goku took cover all that could be heard was the monster Cell laughing. Finally when the dust cleared what father and son could see sent there blood running cold. There was Riley laying on the ground she wasnt in super saiyan form anymore her eyes were shut in deep agonizing pain clothes all riped apart. Blood dripping from the big cut on her forehead and also from the huge gash on her leg. She was breathing rapidly and unevenly. The saiyan prince was unharmed but was still in bad condition but not bad as Riley. The poor girl tried to stand but due to her broken ribs the only thing she got was pain that she let out in a blood curling scream. Both father and son heard the scream they ran as fast as both of them could to help the little girl. While Cell just laughed in victory.

I would like to apologize for this chapter being up so late I just had writer's block. But I did finish the chapter and I hope y'all really enjoy it...thanks for reading!
