The baby is Hana and the others are Doremi, Hazuki, Aiko and Onpu from Ojamajo Doremi. The reason why the baby's flying it's because she's taking part in a health exam for witch babies to see if their caretakers did took care of them well and this part of the exam is to see the witch babies' flying abilities but Hana took it to far because she's the most powerful witch baby 😅
