About an hour had passed by since you'd came across Ruby. From what it looked like, she was alone.
The both of you were simply walking down the same path, not even bothering to question where the two of you were heading.
Ruby: So I probably should've asked this earlier, but what brings you all the way out here...?
Y/N: I got an invitation from some smiley guy. He said something about "Union City", or something like that...
Ruby: Wait, YOU'RE GOING TO UNION CITY TOO?!
Y/N: Y-Yeah...?
Ruby: That's crazy! That's where I'm going! I was kinda travelling with my team when I ran over to you without thinking...
Y/N: Well it's a good thing you did. Who knows what I would've done if I kept rampaging like that...
Ruby: Well all that matters is that we're both alright now.
Y/N: Yeah...I guess you're right...
With that the both of you kept walking for awhile. Ruby was a little worried about how the team she mentioned was doing, and you were just a little shy.
Spending most of your life by yourself in the high mountains, you weren't really used to having any sort of company other than that Bear Thief you always fought with.
Time Skip
After another 40 minutes or so of walking you and Ruby could see a massive city in the distance. It was fairly colourful to say the least. Seeing two structures of the same colour was rare.

Y/N: Say, is that the place...?
Ruby: Well...Even if it's not I need to take a pit-stop. So I'm heading over there.
Y/N: I might as well come with you since that might be it.
With that the two of you then started to speed walk towards the place. At the entrance there was a little gate.
Nobody was at said Gate, but nevertheless it was open which allowed the two of you to enter Union City.
Not even five minutes in you started to feel mildly uncomfortable. It was really cramped since there was so many people, and having be social with Ruby was hard enough. Now you were experiencing public society for what seemed like the first time in your life.
